Don't go to this store. They just want to sell their nonsense products rather than helping for what customer wants. And their after sales service is too worst. To buy something any staff can sell you and lock you in the contract but if you change you mind and go to return your device, they will decline the return saying that MANAGER is not here. They need manager approval for every return. NEVER GOING TO THIS STORE

I was having problems with my phone and customer service specialist BERNICE helped me. She not only solved the problem, but went beyond the call of duty and found a program that not only lowered my T-MOBILE bill, but also got me free Netflix! I have been with T-MOBILE for years and BERNICE has been not only helpful, but kind and friendly and anytime I need help with my phone in the future, I will definitely be requesting the expertise BERNICE has to offer. THANK YOU BERNICE AND T-MOBILE!!!

This store is a joke, I went there for an upgrade and the lady said I need to remove my middle name, make me wait 45 mints until TMobile customer service call me back and they said they didn't have to do that, they don't know why she requested that .... never again go to that store 😡

Came in to buy a brand new phone and this guy PJ with clear glasses denied us entry ,due to theft activity that had been happening inside the mall . I understand they have to follow protocols but at least be nice when it comes to approaching customers .I’ve been a loyal client and never have I had an issue with t mobile. Due to a misspelled letter in my t mobile account he denied entry . Like really ! No T-Mobile had denied entry because of that reason . Bad customer service in this location .

My girlfriend and I were at the mall and wanted to get screen protectors for our phones, which we have paid for when we bought our phones and had phone life warranty. When I walk to the guy working there, he was playing a soccer game on his phone while working, first he claimed that he couldn't find my account, which I've been a t mobile costumer for over 5 years. Then he stated that I did not have the insurance on my phone or the screen protector replacement option, when I have proof that I payed for it when I bought my iPhone 10Xs max, and I have changed it other times before at another locations. Then he said that he didn't have my $40 dollar " screen and refuse to give me the 30 dollar one. Which was a lie. Then he also refuse to put a screen protector on my girlfriends screen claiming that he didn't have any. It is unacceptable that we both pay a lot for this warrantees and then the employees refuse to put it on our phones because they are lazy and rather be on their phones while working. All this happen while the employee that was helping us (with glasses) continue to play his soccer game on his phone the whole time, he didn't take it off not even when he was talking to us, he was still moving it and continue to look at it and play it. I really don't know if this place has a manager but it sure didn't look like it. Or he is not doing the job as he is supposed to and manage his employees. They should put more attention and effort on helping loyal paying costumers. Never coming back
