My cellphone died suddenly since i needed one phone and i wanted to wait till the next iphone comes ( since it's August) then i asked them for a temporary replacement and they said they couldn't do anything so i had to buy iphone 13. And the most disappointed thing was that they didn't ask me about the color and memory and bc i was in a rush and i was frustrated due to not having phone for few days, I didn't notice it till they registered the phone! And i think it's not appropriate

Jessica solved a problem that's been ongoing for over a month that people much higher in the company couldn't figure out. At this point she was a complete godsend. I will also be informing Carmella Cardenas of the quality of service Jessica provided if att could manage to train 1000 more just like her thier reputation wouldn't be as poor as it is and customers would quit leaving and be more satisfied.

Mariah was awesome. Took care of everything that we needed done. After further review. Was told my bill would stay the same price, but ended up $20 more a month.

Josh ... a breath of fresh air. This guy is beyond professional and helpful every step of the way. We at one point got a little frustrated with technical issues that was out of his control. He assured us that he would handle the issue and take care of us for the inconvenience. Completely kept his word . We got awesome new phones and watches at a great price. He found a promotion for everything we wanted. Do yourself a favor if your going to the Cerritos location ask for Josh.

GREAT customer service from Deon and Mariah! My parents and I all had a good experience at this store. We didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to be helped and we left with 3 new phones, a better phone plan and even got a Veterans discount. Thank you!

I’m currently in the process of moving so I’ve been browsing around and comparing internet providers that service my area. I stumbled upon AT&T but had a few questions regarding their plans/rates. This location was the first to appear on my Google search so I decided to call and was answered/helped by Deon. Usually I have my guard up when calling these providers due to their “salesy” ways; however, this was not the case. I explained my situation to Deon, asked questions I had and was given straight-forward answers. He did not push me to include various packages I did not ask about or want. He recommended the best plans that fit my needs, especially in terms of pricing. Nonetheless, I was impressed with his overall service and respectfulness.

Chris was a huge help! He answered all my questions about future upgrades, adding lines & the possibility of upgrading to DirectTv stream! He even went ahead and added a ‘FAN discount’ for my work place & saved me huge bucks on my next bill! Definitely recommend this location! Super nice & honest sales reps ! 😁
