Store not Responsible for Lost packages from UPS it doesn’t matter if they scan give a receipt I lost box and only think they tell me call ups YOU BETTER OFF GOING TO UPS STORE WILL NEVER COME BACK TO STAPLES STORE AGAIN SAVE YOU TIME TAKE UPS STORE At least they take responsibility for Losing your package

Printer papers are so heavy could not get even 5 pages in envelope. I had to use tapes to close the envelope. Besides that the cost of mail increases somewhat specially if you have to mail a lot. I mentioned that to the clerk and she said that is the paper we provide with attitude.

Well if the person who assisted me would of been a little more knowledgeable on printing from my phone it would of saved me about hour and a half and a purchase of something I didn't need. But workers are helpful & store very clean

Pretty good service, but they didn't have same prices as their own website for some items. They were will to match the prices on their own website, but then I couldn't use their coupon on the same transaction. I would understand if I were price matching someone else, but it's your own website...

I went to exchange the item that I lost the receipt for. the personell gave me no issues about it just said hey if you have your credit card that you purchased it with just put it in the machine we will look it up and give you the exchange no problem. I did that ,within minutes I was out of there. thank you very much Staples

After searching around for an electronics event to recycle 3 old printers, I was happy to discover that Staples could accommodate me. They took care of it quickly and pleasantly...and I received a 10%off coupon.

Everyone was very helpful. As always! I am disappointed that I could not purchase more than 5 sale items at the reduced price. In the past, I have been able to purchase 30 items at the reduced price because I am a teacher. This year, I was told that I have to come back tomorrow to get 5 more items. So that means that I have to go back 5 days in order to get enough items for my students.

The reason their staff is unfamiliar with their products and a bit off is because this staples is part of a student work program from ABC unified school district. Many of their employees are new to work and the experience so they aren't very good at it. I think they should be a given a break as first timers, but of course different situations call for different reactions.
