I brought both Sony carousel CD player and my Techniques turntable for repair. The owner Ken and his technician did a great job repairing both of them for very reasonable price. I am so happy I used Alpha Electronics! They both are working perfectly. Two thumbs up!

45 years ago my Dad came home from Germany retired from the army. With him he brought this massive stereo system he put together. I remember as a child watching him play his funk and jazz records....my eye would be memorized by the light on the turntable...going around and around. My Dad is now long gone but i picked up his love of music. A few weeks ago my sister was going through some storage and found my Dad's turntable....a Fisher MT6250....first direct drive ever! I was so excited! I thought my Dad lost or sold it years ago. I took it to Ken at Alpha. He refurbished it and got it back to working! He did an amazing job and took me back in time when I was a kid watching the records play. I now have something very special to remind me of the better moments of my childhood....thanks Ken!

Ken at Alpha electronics is a rockstar and genius. I gave him a part to a extremely expensive photo booth we have. He’s never even seen one before. Because of his experience and ability to read and write Chinese he was able to troubleshoot and fix it. He saved us from loosing a client and thousands of dollars. I highly recommend him to fix your broken electronics.

They did a great job of fixing my receiver. My receiver would not power on. They quoted me the price for repair. Once they fixed the power issue they realized additional repairs were needed and honored the original quote without me even having to ask. They are very busy so you have to be patient but its worth the wait.

Bought a vintage receiver online that ended up being not in the same condition as advertised. Took it here to have it diagnosed and Elton and Ken were nothing short of awesome. They really know their stuff and are super kind and helpful. I ended up not getting repairs done (the seller wanted me to send it back for a refund) but I'll definitely be back for any electronic repairs in the future. Can't recommend enough.

Can't say enough good thing about Ken and his staff. They are friendly and do excellent work. We recently took a couple of units in for repair and were not disappointed. Great work and prices. This kind of workmanship is harder to come by these days. He just finished working on my husband's 60's Panasonic stereo that he had stored away for many years. We were in disbelief that it was the same unit. It looked brand new. They cleaned it up really nice and sounds great. He even replaced a missing nob (that apparenlty is a little hard to find). So if you are looking for great work, friendly service and good prices, look no further, these are your guys. Highly recommended! A++

If you are looking for repairs for all kinds of stereo equipment Alpha Electronics in Norwalk is the place. I had my Pioneer RT 909 auto reverse reel to reel tape player repair and Ken did a GREAT job. He took the time when I pick it up to show me everything he did and also showed me how every knob work and also let me record him while he was showing me. Everything and even the prices are reasonable. Thank Ken

I'm so happy I found Alpha Electronics! I was referred to Ken at Alpha by a record store in Whittier and I am so happy, it's like when you find a good mechanic you can trust, it's really priceless. Ken Lam the manager is a very particular guy and his attention to detail is evident in his work. I brought Ken my vintage 1950's record player and he not only fixed and serviced it, he cleaned it to a sparkling shine!
