I enjoyed TJ Maxx very much as I was shopping it's very nice and clean very spacious I also had a good experience at the dressing room and I enjoyed the prices. Sorry to say that I had to do the store because I was in a rush due to a long long line and I only had one item and the service is very slow. I saw others leaving the store as well. Maybe we can work on that next time I visit the store. This feedback is for TJ Maxx and I understand that that is what customers like after doing so many surveys. ~Jesus

I was looking to upgrade my iPhone and I stopped by this store. I was friendly welcomed by staff and addressed my queries clearly. I got an excellent trade in offer for iPhone 13 pro. Everything happened smoothly and no hassle at all. In overall all staff and manger were all nice and customer oriented. Mercedes who assisted from beginning to end. She helped me to set up my new iPhone 13 account. I really love AT&T and that’s why I’ve been a loyal customer for 7 year. ~Pankaj

45 years ago my Dad came home from Germany retired from the army. With him he brought this massive stereo system he put together. I remember as a child watching him play his funk and jazz records....my eye would be memorized by the light on the turntable...going around and around. My Dad is now long gone but i picked up his love of music. A few weeks ago my sister was going through some storage and found my Dad's turntable....a Fisher MT6250....first direct drive ever! I was so excited! I thought my Dad lost or sold it years ago. I took it to Ken at Alpha. He refurbished it and got it back to working! He did an amazing job and took me back in time when I was a kid watching the records play. I now have something very special to remind me of the better moments of my childhood....thanks Ken! ~melvin

After falling behind on our search for a PS5 for my son . We headed out on a store to store hunt to locate one starting at 29 palms game stop where we had a boys scout camping trip this weekend. To our surprise every store was cleared out with in the first hr. In that area . We called ahead of time to the stores as we headed home and located a few with 1 or two in hand and was told it’s a first come . So after getting to two different locations and actually seeing the SP5 walking out the door as we where pulling up was very saddening for my son. But we pressed on and continue our hunt for a SP5 . Having a sales person at the Anaheim store tell us that we where just waisting our time being 4pm Saturday, that all the store are sold out and that there’s a computer glitch that is showing stores with Ps5 in store but are not. Definitely not want we wanted to hear but we pressed on and was told by a young lady at the Fullerton store to call the Norwalk store where she knew of 1 last PS5 . So we did and was very surprised to hear them say yes we have one just know we have several people call with in minutes and say there on the way . So after visiting several games stops and getting very frustrated we finally our hand on one only to have my credit Union declined my card due to a large purchase and being used in so many different locations tru out one day . Lol the team at this Norwalk location let me know it was a normal occurrence when purchasing PS5 . Lol they help me choose the right package for my 9 year old son first game console. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Special thank to them . Definitely going to continue coming here and not the other store with Negative Javi. ~Ulysses

About 5 years ago I was down and out and had to pawned my favorite guitar. I couldn't pay the loan back and due to losing my job. Frank called and let me know that he had held on to it for me after all these years knowing that 1 day I'd get back on my feet and be able to get my guitar back. My boyfriend bought me a Disney bracelet from there three weeks ago, not even a week later the chain broke so my boyfriend returned it and they told him they would order a new one and it would be ready to pick up the following Friday. Went in on Friday and the bracelet still hadn't arrived. Waited a week later to the following Friday and the bracelet is still not there! The customer service is rediculous. Totally unprofessional, the girls giggle the whole time. Will not be buying anything else from Daniels. ~Ashley
