I've been to this location several different times,each time the employee ignores you or is on a personal phone call. I went in to get a Powerball ticket 5 minutes before the cut off time but because he was on the phone I wasn't able to purchase one due to the cut off time. His stupid ass comment was "don't worry no one's going to win you could come back and buy it on Saturday". I told him if he was doing his job and was paying attention I would have gotten it now. ~D

Love my neighborhood 7Eleven. Staff is very friendly, professional, courteous, respectful, and great conversationalist. This store is well kept and stocked. I consider this 7Eleven a family oriented establishment. And it's always busy which is a good thing! Just a friendly atmosphere at my neighborhood 7Eleven!!!! ~Deborah

Credit card machine at the pump didn’t work and when I went in to charge this was one of those places that made me give them a dollar amount to charge for gas—-wouldn’t just let me fill up. The restrooms are still closed due to Covid as if people don’t need to use the restroom. Only stopped here because of the convenient freeway location, what a poor choice. Wasted a ton of time. ~Gary

Really poor customer service! Not efficient at filling prescriptions at all, always issues when it comes to pick up any prescription. They work very slow all the time, and when they tell you that they don't have the medication ready, and is going to take15 to 30 minutes, and you tell them that you will wait for it since you are there, when the medication is ready they send you to do a line, when they should give you the medication without going to the line because they make you wait for no reason, because your Dr. Had Authorized the medication with time in advance and they didn't have it ready when it supposed to, but that happens when two of the Asian girls and the fat Asia guy is there, they are very arrogant I had witnessed couple time when one of this girls was giving a bad service to an elderly lady, one of then name is Grace the other one who was giving bad service to the lady doesn't were a name tag same the guy, they should have a name tag displayed to the customer, but they don't wear it because they know customer will get their names to report them. This Pharmacy had a lot of complaints for their bad service, the only ones who will speak good things of them, are the ones who are very close friends of them. ~Wilfredo

Make sure you're getting gas from these pumps I spent put 5$ worth and took it off bc it was making a weird sound. Sure enough my car was still at low fuel with 17 miles left. Even with gas prices I drive a 4 cilider it should have atleast put me back up un the 30s. Just be careful with pump 8 ~Joe

Good location, has everything you need, plus foods, alcohol and nick nacks. COVID barriers and safety minded. The staff is great, some are quirky. Redbox and water vending outside. No drive through pharmacy. Some loitering outside but such is life, give if you can. ~Brian

Very unpleasant experience today. I was waiting online and an Amazon worker came to ask for the restroom but the cashier told her they were close. After she left the cashier made a very unpleasant and disgusting comment saying that everyone at Amazon has the the Covid. I work at Amazon and hearing him saying that was horrible and felt harassed. During this situation these comments are not necessary and very childish. ~Juan

This location was big and had a lot of items that my store does not carry. All the customers seemed really rude but the employees did a great job with customer service with a smile. The weird and funny thing about this store was if you look up there are so many balloons on the ceiling every where I went when I looked up there was at least 2-3 balloons. That's not a good thing for the owner to much money lost in balloon's, helium, and ribbons, but on the other hand it was beautiful to look up and kept me intrigued.
