I am waiting for the money for my trade-in for almost 3 month now. They told me not to come to the store any more since they have my phone number. That was about two month ago. They didn’t call me one time. How long should I wait? Do not get stressed it will be all right after all cuz T-mobil is such a big company. They should know what they are doing. By the way, I pay more money for 5G service that I never get in my neighborhood. The Technical support representative said that I am being helped by the team of people who also don’t want me to call them with the same issue they will reach out for me after the thing taken care of. Amazing T-mobil!! That was about 45days ago. They haven’t call me and I am still waiting.

Hands down the best store owned by Corporate who never denies the active promotions, shootout to the guy named ART for helping me out with multiple trade ins recently.

Lyndon who I believe is the store manager was very friendly and helpful. He was attentive to me and still made sure that the other customers were being helped as well. I needed a pre-paid sim card, because I am visiting for a few weeks, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I work in sales/ customer service and I recognize good work. Thanks a lot. 5 stars.

BEWARE- horrible customer service and scammers at best. The sale associate Summer( looks like a clown with far too much make up on) will lie and "neglect" to tell you all the fine details of their programs. Manage Lyndon, fails to accept accountability and responsibility for the poor customer service his staff provides. Store should be shut down and revamped with more experienced and more qualified representatives

A waste of time. Always needs your full info even for the slightest things. All I needed was a sims card adapter and they wanted all my info just for it.. came to the tmoblie in seal beach walked in and out in 4 mins with the sims adapter and no questions asked.

One of the better "corporate T-Mobile stores around. The previous manager was promoted to another store, whom I miss, she was amazing. But these employees seem up to task!
