After falling behind on our search for a PS5 for my son . We headed out on a store to store hunt to locate one starting at 29 palms game stop where we had a boys scout camping trip this weekend. To our surprise every store was cleared out with in the first hr. In that area . We called ahead of time to the stores as we headed home and located a few with 1 or two in hand and was told it’s a first come . So after getting to two different locations and actually seeing the SP5 walking out the door as we where pulling up was very saddening for my son. But we pressed on and continue our hunt for a SP5 . Having a sales person at the Anaheim store tell us that we where just waisting our time being 4pm Saturday, that all the store are sold out and that there’s a computer glitch that is showing stores with Ps5 in store but are not. Definitely not want we wanted to hear but we pressed on and was told by a young lady at the Fullerton store to call the Norwalk store where she knew of 1 last PS5 . So we did and was very surprised to hear them say yes we have one just know we have several people call with in minutes and say there on the way . So after visiting several games stops and getting very frustrated we finally our hand on one only to have my credit Union declined my card due to a large purchase and being used in so many different locations tru out one day . Lol the team at this Norwalk location let me know it was a normal occurrence when purchasing PS5 . Lol they help me choose the right package for my 9 year old son first game console. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Special thank to them . Definitely going to continue coming here and not the other store with Negative Javi.

This location used to be good. But since these new guys came. 1 with glasses. Other some heavy set hispanic guy. Who dont even greet or ask if need help. i circled around store 3 times and not one word. Avoid this location.

Very nice and clean store. Friendly staff and they are all wearing masks to comply with Covid. The only thing that I'd did not like is the miss inventory. The app said certain items are there and we could not find them.

Very unhappy with the employee named Elizabeth!!! With NO respect for Elizabeth spoke to us in a manner that just turned my stomach. This is in regards to wearing masks. My family and I were unaware that we needed to wear masks even though vaccinated. Instead of saying “ you can’t be in the store with out masks” in a rude tone, a nice gesture could have been “ due to COVID-19 we are kindly requesting all customers vaccinated or not wear face masks” . Is that so hard. Maybe u should reconsider the customer service line of employment or if u don’t like ur job, quit.

Had is issue with Brian he like to act like a “toy police” There just Toys man!!! I called to see if my funko pop came in.. he tell me the person on the account will get the phone call not me since my name is not on the power up reward.. not the first time I had an issue with him.. this would be about the 3rd time he give me attitude about my funko pops..

Went today to trade in a switch. Amanda was there and she was incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to help us through the process and explain everything to us. I had questions regarding new games I wanted to play and asked for her advice to which game she enjoyed more out of the two I was asking about and what her opinion on them was. Amanda gave me super detailed reviews and didn't try to sell me on one game over the other based on prices, but rather which game she felt I would enjoy more because of what I told her I played. I have to say she has by far been the most phenomenal GameStop employee I have ever met! I wish I could give her 5 stars because she is the one that made the experience so great.

They are a great store. Central location. Great staff. Just wish they would stop trying to upsell the pro pass... I'm too cheap to renew, can you just put that in my profile? LOL But I digress, I got a good deal on 3 games during their cyber Monday sale and was able to pick up in-store, very convenient option. Buy 2, get one free sale is unbeatable.

Almost Every Time I come to this location Game Stop I'm happy with what I got because from what I seen is nobody buys this Funko Pop Roman From Harley Quinn Birds of Prey , It was $5.00 I bought and had a $5 Coupon from my membership used it and got it for Free.
