Horrible experience. They were talking so rudely. They were also ignoring my questions and it’s sounds like they are forcing you to buy things. Never going here again. Have been to so many other T-mobiles but never ever had this type of experience and the service is really really slow. Never explain in details and it looks like they just want us to pay and leave. Would not recommend this store.

I walked into this location with the idea of switching over carriers from Boost. The rep Roger who assisted me made this much more easier than I expected it to be. I purchased the LG Stylo 4 and he went beyond my expectations. Very helpful, friendly and courteous. I really recommend Roger he's amazing.
