I was looking to upgrade my iPhone and I stopped by this store. I was friendly welcomed by staff and addressed my queries clearly. I got an excellent trade in offer for iPhone 13 pro. Everything happened smoothly and no hassle at all. In overall all staff and manger were all nice and customer oriented. Mercedes who assisted from beginning to end. She helped me to set up my new iPhone 13 account. I really love AT&T and that’s why I’ve been a loyal customer for 7 year.

Kris and Julian are the most helpful associates I have ever encountered. They got me to switch over from T-Mobile, are very knowledgeable, and were able to assist me through the entire process. I love my new phone! Kris did an amazing job at installing my screen protector. I think I’ll only ever go to them from now on.
