Bad customer service and they over charge. At one time they were good. After that one employee left that used to help everyone. It went down hill fast. I don't take my business there anymore. The one in belflower on alondra is way better

Wow I have never experienced customer service the way it was provided here by the representative Byron. He got me an amazing deal and was confident his deals could not be beat and he was right. I went to every store and came back because it just didn't compare to his deals and service.

I had an awesome experience at this store. The customer service was really good. Long story short I came in 20 minutes before they closed and brought my phone I bought online through boost. I was helped by Byron the store owner who signed me up with my boost plan. He helped me switch at no cost, installed my screen protector that I brought from home for free, and was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. I would definitely recommend him due to his great customer service.
