I went in today and was in the worst mood dealing with customer service for over 2 hours trying to resolve an issue and receive my account number. I had been getting the run around all day and was upset with the hassle they were giving me just to get my account number so that I could get my new phone. Pamela at this location was very patient and understanding of my situation and was able to help me with everything I needed. I had written this location off in the past because of the service but because of Pamela and her patience I will be returning in the future. I want to thank her for helping me out this morning.
