I went in today and was in the worst mood dealing with customer service for over 2 hours trying to resolve an issue and receive my account number. I had been getting the run around all day and was upset with the hassle they were giving me just to get my account number so that I could get my new phone. Pamela at this location was very patient and understanding of my situation and was able to help me with everything I needed. I had written this location off in the past because of the service but because of Pamela and her patience I will be returning in the future. I want to thank her for helping me out this morning. Your service is greatly appreciated and boost mobile needs more people like you helping customers. Thank you again Pamela. ~Nikita

WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! On 7/8/2022 Approximately 4:30pm I pulled in front of the door. The door was wide open. There was a female and a male just sitting there appeared to me that they were on their personal phones. There were no customers in the store. I beckon for one to come to the door so that I can ask them if they would be able to help me. They acted like they didn't want to come. I walk with a cane and I have a hard time getting in and out of the car. So I wanted to know before getting out of my car. At any rate, after going in the store I received no greeting, no hello, no how are you, Nothing. The only thing the guy said was "how can I help you" (as if he really didn't want to help). I said hello to him twice. He still didn't say hi /hello. The guy said that it would be a $23 fee for a problem that the company initiated. (???Why should I have to pay because you outsourced your Galaxy 4 tablet). I wanted to have info from old tablet transferred to the new tablet that had been mailed to me. I advised him that the letters that I received said that there would be NO CHARGE to the customers however he insisted that there will still be a $23 charge. Needless to say I left and went to the location on Rosecrans and Lakewood boulevard. They mentioned nothing about a fee. THE STORE ON ROSECRANS AND LAKEWOOD BOULEVARD WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. FROM THE TIME I WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR. JUST FYI. Back to this Alondra & Bellflower Bl. Location. The one located behind the Dentist. Next to the Chinese Food Restaurant. SMH. I HOPE I NEVER EVER HAVE TO GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER EVER AGAIN. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL, I GOT THE IMPRESSION THAT THEY DID NOT WANT TO HELP. Even though I have to drive about 15 minutes further from my residence to get good customer service at gas prices almost $7 a gallon. I will. Thanks for NOTHING BELLFLOWER & ALONDRA LOCATION. I LOVE Blacksmith’s corner! Decent prices on feed. Great, healthy animals. They’re well-stocked on about everything for dogs, cats, birds, even goats and horses. I bought my first two ducks here. I come every couple weeks to pick up mash and meal worms. ~kathy

I go there every week to get toys and food for babies only affordable place to buy bird stuff and get grooming. ~Amy

2nd time and last time getting fountain drinks from here. That's 2 times getting myself and wife a drink so that's 4 drinks. 2 Pepsi 2 Diet pepsi Anyone else notice the drinks have a floral smell tease? Like a soap or detergent. ~Robert

Dear Arco, please don’t be hypocrites, I’ve seen this employee not wear a mask on more than one day and occasion yet you have a sign at the entrance saying to wear a mask. It would be great if you can make it clear to your staff that health is important. I come here one a weekly basis as a Door Dasher so going to a safe business this often is essential to ending the pandemic. ~Albert

After I seen the reviews of "loyal and honest" I took my car in because it was making a noise on the wheel. Mechanic said bearings needed replacement which makes sense. I paid 350$ to get front replaced and noise never went away. I went back and he test drove it and said, " that noise is a different noise than bearing noise" Well I paid for something that wasn't the problem to begin with? SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to a mechanic that will actually help and care for its costumers. ~Eddie

Made an emerging stop for gas at approximately 11:35 pm. We wanted to pump gas to save money put staff person walked out of the gas station and put a sign BACK IN TEN MINUTES and then told us that she would be back at 11:50. We waited until 11:55 pm and she didn't come back. Saw her hop on a white truck and parked across the street. DO NOT STOP HERE IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF GAS!!! ~Gaby

If you show up to this gas station @ 10pm and don’t have a debit card to pay @ the pump you might as well keep driving ….I been to this gas station every weekend leaving work and they always tell me give them a minute!? Then laugh n stand there looking lost . Same guy wit the nappy braids and some old man . I won’t even stop here again jus wanted to let the public to know if u need gas n a rush @ Night this isn’t the place to stop 👎🏾 ~Jdub
