WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! On 7/8/2022 Approximately 4:30pm I pulled in front of the door. The door was wide open. There was a female and a male just sitting there appeared to me that they were on their personal phones. There were no customers in the store. I beckon for one to come to the door so that I can ask them if they would be able to help me. They acted like they didn't want to come. I walk with a cane and I have a hard time getting in and out of the car. So I wanted to know before getting out of my car. At any rate, after going in the store I received no greeting, no hello, no how are you, Nothing. The only thing the guy said was "how can I help you" (as if he really didn't want to help). I said hello to him twice. He still didn't say hi /hello. The guy said that it would be a $23 fee for a problem that the company initiated. (???Why should I have to pay because you outsourced your Galaxy 4 tablet). I wanted to have info from old tablet transferred to the new tablet that had been mailed to me. I advised him that the letters that I received said that there would be NO CHARGE to the customers however he insisted that there will still be a $23 charge. Needless to say I left and went to the location on Rosecrans and Lakewood boulevard. They mentioned nothing about a fee. THE STORE ON ROSECRANS AND LAKEWOOD BOULEVARD WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. FROM THE TIME I WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR. JUST FYI. Back to this Alondra & Bellflower Bl. Location. The one located behind the Dentist. Next to the Chinese Food Restaurant. SMH. I HOPE I NEVER EVER HAVE TO GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER EVER AGAIN. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL, I GOT THE IMPRESSION THAT THEY DID NOT WANT TO HELP. Even though I have to drive about 15 minutes further from my residence to get good customer service at gas prices almost $7 a gallon. I will. Thanks for NOTHING BELLFLOWER & ALONDRA LOCATION. GOD BLESS YOU ANYWAY.

I had some questions about my phone i had bought at another store and got to talking with the Manager/Owner and we had a wonderful conversation and he really helped me alot! Really great guy!! Was greater by the manager before I even walked in 5 stars there. Then melody helped me find a phone that would be great for me and my usage. She has a very great customer service attitude. Thank you for being open during this tuff time and doing it safely.

I purchased a LG k40, and it has a diffective screan that goes off and on. Poor workmanship from LG. I have to squeeze or press on the phone to make it work then restart The owner manager doesn't want to help me replace it. I returned to the the store on the next day with the box, recipt and all the labels on the phone. He wouldn't help.---------PLEASE DON'T SHOP HERE!!!!!!..........GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR SAKE--------!!!! I shoulda bought the IPhone!!!!!

One of the worst metro PC's stores, and I've been to plenty. One of the workers told me he couldn't test out my phone becasbe I didn't have one of their songs cards. All the other metros Glady checked my phone for comparability. To top it off bellflower is supposed to be an alright city. I've been treated better at sketchier stores.

Bought a tablet from the store. It was defective had no camera in hard drive which caused the rest of the tablet not to work right. Got the warranty replacement still waiting on it...just really bummed out for paying $200 + tax.
