Beyond AMAZING service by Jose! From the moment I walked in to me leaving the doors I felt completely taken care of. I am one to definitely drive the distance for customer service and I will definitely be coming back. He is completely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I appreciate all his help and if this counts at all he diserves a raise!! Great customer service and guy all around. Great job hiring him T-Mobile!!

I went last week to this store trying to upgrade my phone and the salesperson Alex didn’t help me at all … if you are in sales and I’m trying to buy something the salesperson needs to have good customer service. This guy Alex was not helpful at all I asked him a few questions regarding the promos and he didn’t know the promos also his attitude was terrible. He didn’t want to help me. I went around 5 and it looks that he just wanted to go home!!!! I left the store didn’t get anything just because of his attitude…

The worst store in any “field of sales,” I have ever dealt with. Specifically; they did not have the knowledge about my problem (which was as simple as an insurance claim which I had on my contract).

I went in to update my plan and I got very lucky and was helped by Serena. I honestly have never had better service at a phone provider. She went above and beyond by calling T-Mobile several times on my behalf to make sure they updated all of my information correctly and that everything turned out well. I even called after to let her know a small issue hadn't been resolved and she helped me out again. This is a dedicated and kind employee. I felt like she was friend by the end of our interaction and I would definitely go to this T-Mobile location again if needed. Go to this location and talk to Serena or any of the qualified employees when you have to handle your cell phone needs.

3 times in this store with phone issues on galaxy s71. Manager and sales rep agree to replace the phone with an s21g. Next day came to store since screen will not turn off and calls thru my Google account app are not coming thru. Jocelyn csr says that phones do NOT work with those apps and that I must've moved something on the settings without even checking. So unprofessional, and not knowledgeable of what she's doing. Who trained her? She's lucky I'm not her boss

Great customer service. Came into store # 8269 at firestone & woodruff - downey to return things i ordered from customer service from call & they said i could go to the stores to return the item since itll be faster. But when i got to the store & the guys advised that i couldnt. Very frustrating. One says yes & another says no. They defused the situation & understood. Irwin especially went beyond & helped me & took care of the problem & even printed the return labels that i needed to send back via postal service. Problem solved. Thank you very much Will be ordering the note ultra very soon. Once the return is complete. Thanks guys

STAY AWAY!!! I don’t normally put up reviews but I had to this time. I purchased a phone for my daughter last week and I have never experienced anything like this before buying from T-Mobile. I, myself, work in sales and know that up selling a consumer is part of the job but to lie to make a sale is totally different. I forgot the sales rep’s name but he was pretty aggressive with trying to add on all types of things even after we declined every time. We purchased the Iphone 11 and told me if we purchased the screen protector for $40 we would have a lifetime warranty on it that we would be able to go in an exchange it anytime. I mentioned I have never heard of such a thing but he assured me numerous times all we had to do is purchase it and we would have the warranty. I even told him I only pay $8-10 for a screen protector on amazon and that this is a great deal if true. I even asked again if this is correct that I pay $40 with no monthly fees on anything and it gets exchanged anytime it’s cracked and he reassured me that’s how it is. I got the paperwork and it didn’t say anything but that we paid $40 for it. When we got home I just felt like looking at my account to see this thing the customer rep was talking about. I see in order to get the screen protector replaced for free, he added a $15/mo protection plan without my knowledge, when he never mentioned anything like that to me in the store. Not only did I get ripped off on paying $40 for a screen protector that I could have paid $10 for, I was also lied to in the process. This is all about the principle. Nothing is wrong with up selling but lying and adding stuff to my account is not an honest practice. I advise you stay away from this T-Mobile store as long as these practices are being used here. It does not feel good to be cheated and lied to by a person so they can get some extra commission for Christmas. This employee should not be working there. I don’t have their name but their last four sales rep# is ..762. Luckily I checked my account when I got home to find out how shady this sales rep is.

Kevin and the manager Orlando were phenomenal with their customer service! From the minute I walked in to trade a recalled phone til the end when it came to transferring all my items to my new phone. I have been to a LOT of T-Mobile stores to attempt to get this resolved and they are the only ones willing and who made an effort to help me. Thank you!!!

They ran out of SIM cards and took 20+ minutes to get more out of the safe. They waved the fee of the SIM card due to the wait so I appreciated that they recognized the inconvenience they had put me through. Overall I was kept in the store almost 45 minutes for a new SIM card and simple plan change. The process could be improved a little to save customer valuable time.
