Pretty nice location and they keep their lights outside brightly on throughout the night and into the eary morning. Its great since im often on call and it helps I can nap in the car sometimes during the wee hours without much trouble. The facility itself is well-maintained and I've already seen them do a full cleaning answered mornings. I'm not sure if they do it every so often on a regular basis or if it's something that's done once a week but it seems like they do it often enough and are pretty thorough ~Chi

It’s usually pretty full here but everything is very well stocked. The staff is friendly and you can find almost anything you might need here. It’s location is great too. It’s surrounded by a lot of great stores. I love how you can shop for literally everything in this store. You can shop for home and yourself and have such a wide variety of things. ~E

The manager runs this place as if it was an antique shop. The prices are ridiculously high. People who are less fortunate can't even shop here with these prices. Hopefully you at least pay your employees well and give them benefits. With prices like these I'm sure you can afford to do so. Never coming back here again. They even had used shoes that cost higher than new ones. These are donated items. You should help and give back to the community instead of taking advantage and charging so high for stuff. ~Jay

Very disappointed by the service.. the car was prepaid and my credit card was declined by my bank because no pincode was requested for the $200 deposit. Pincode in France is mandatory to secure payments over $50.We came from France and offered 3 debit cards or to pay by cash but they were All refused by Hertz..no option/solution was given. We were told we could not get the car. So I asked to get reimbursed. They said that since we booked and paid online, we had to ask for refund online. Now that we are back, Hertz does want to reimburse us because this is part of their non- présentation policy….this is crazy.. I will never book again with Hertz ~catherine

I’ve been coming here for a few years. I have a laundromat across the street from home. I always come to this one because I like it. I feel comfortable. On May 22,22 I was approached by one of the employees and was rude to me she thought that I was just getting change and leaving. I told her I have 4 loads, what are you talking about? She was very rude to me and said “I’ve never seen you before”. I showed her the coin bag that I had with the laundromat logo that was given to me there a few years ago.. after a back and forward conversation … I told her that they are loosing a loyal customer because how rude her approach was and still being disrespectful. She said “loosing ONE CUSTOMER the owner won’t go broke” I was very upset and this is sad because you don’t talk to customers like this. Won’t be able to wash here again thanks to this employee. She didn’t even apologize to me. Unfortunately, some people don’t understand the value of maintaining customers. I’m literally sad that I don’t feel comfortable coming to this laundromat anymore… ~N
