I’ve been coming here for a few years. I have a laundromat across the street from home. I always come to this one because I like it. I feel comfortable. On May 22,22 I was approached by one of the employees and was rude to me she thought that I was just getting change and leaving. I told her I have 4 loads, what are you talking about? She was very rude to me and said “I’ve never seen you before”. I showed her the coin bag that I had with the laundromat logo that was given to me there a few years ago.. after a back and forward conversation … I told her that they are loosing a loyal customer because how rude her approach was and still being disrespectful. She said “loosing ONE CUSTOMER the owner won’t go broke” I was very upset and this is sad because you don’t talk to customers like this. Won’t be able to wash here again thanks to this employee. She didn’t even apologize to me. Unfortunately, some people don’t understand the value of maintaining customers. I’m literally sad that I don’t feel comfortable coming to this laundromat anymore… ~N
