Very disappointed by the service.. the car was prepaid and my credit card was declined by my bank because no pincode was requested for the $200 deposit. Pincode in France is mandatory to secure payments over $50.We came from France and offered 3 debit cards or to pay by cash but they were All refused by Hertz..no option/solution was given. We were told we could not get the car. So I asked to get reimbursed. They said that since we booked and paid online, we had to ask for refund online. Now that we are back, Hertz does want to reimburse us because this is part of their non- présentation policy….this is crazy.. I will never book again with Hertz ~catherine

I have rented many vehicles from Enterprise & I've always gotten great service. Staff is always helpful & friendly. This last time was ( I'm not gonna say bad) just different from all the other times. The gentleman that was assisting us seemed a little lost, almost like it might have been his first few days working there, he had us walking back & forth all around the lot, he kept asking about my reservation like he didn't know anything about it now normally this wouldn't bother me but I was pressed for time. In the end he ended up upgraded me so that was a good thing. The vehicle was great, clean and very comfortable. I ended up reserving the car for an additional 2 days & the gentleman on the phone was super friendly about it. When I returned the vehicle the lady that assisted me was one of the kindest persons ever. I will definitely be back! And highly recommend this place when looking into renting a vehicle. The RV was horrible. The RV wasnt cleaned good and it smelt like fish, when I checked the storage there was a piece of fish inside. Then we had no hose for the water tank and the refrigerator didnt work. When I informed their front office he passed it as nothing and made a comment that if I bought a house they would reimburse me....really I'm camping, no store. I was very very disappointed and will never use them again!!!! ~Florence
