Best van rental agency in Downey, California (CA) 2024

I have rented many vehicles from Enterprise & I've always gotten great service. Staff is always helpful & friendly. This last time was ( I'm not gonna say bad) just different from all the other times. The gentleman that was assisting us seemed a little lost, almost like it might have been his first few days working there, he had us walking back & forth all around the lot, he kept asking about my reservation like he didn't know anything about it now normally this wouldn't bother me but I was pressed for time. In the end he ended up upgraded me so that was a good thing. The vehicle was great, clean and very comfortable. I ended up reserving the car for an additional 2 days & the gentleman on the phone was super friendly about it. When I returned the vehicle the lady that assisted me was one of the kindest persons ever. I will definitely be back! And highly recommend this place when looking into renting a vehicle.
