I have rented many vehicles from Enterprise & I've always gotten great service. Staff is always helpful & friendly. This last time was ( I'm not gonna say bad) just different from all the other times. The gentleman that was assisting us seemed a little lost, almost like it might have been his first few days working there, he had us walking back & forth all around the lot, he kept asking about my reservation like he didn't know anything about it now normally this wouldn't bother me but I was pressed for time. In the end he ended up upgraded me so that was a good thing. The vehicle was great, clean and very comfortable. I ended up reserving the car for an additional 2 days & the gentleman on the phone was super friendly about it. When I returned the vehicle the lady that assisted me was one of the kindest persons ever. I will definitely be back! And highly recommend this place when looking into renting a vehicle. Returning my rental here was a piece of cake thanks to Jose Estrada. I spoke with him over the phone because I was running close to the closing time but he was polite and accommodated my return. He was polite and extremely professional upon returning the car in person as well. Thank you so much Mr. Estrada!!!

Renting a car from enterprise is stressful. They work really hard to pressure you into buying all of their add-ons and make you walk the car with a detailed little tool they used to mark all of their scratches and dents and dings with you out in the sun. They go on and on about the claims you’ll have to submit when you return the car with a scratch your ding and the guy we were working with kept talking about how they keep detailed records but he kept missing scratches and dings and dents that were already on the car before we rented it our whole trip we kept worrying about the car because of his detailed inspection. This last van was the worst van we have ever rented. Remember when rental car were nice? Definitely not this one.

I had a great experience with this location (Downey, Firestone near Rives). The young lady who too( care of us when we picked up the car was very friendly, informative and helpful. The young man who took care of us when we returned the car was equally pleasant to deal with. No hassles and even got a ride home after the rental return.

I rented a Large SUV for a quick trip that turned out longer it was so enjoyable that I had to keep this 2020 Ford Expedition Limited longer than scheduled. I’m against Ford vehicles because I think they’re America’s worst American cars made however I was very impressed with this Expedition as I asked prior to coming for pick up as well a pick up if they had a Chevy Tahoe or Yukon. I’m glad they gave me this loaded large SUV and the customer service was superb. The representatives I dealt with were all very nice and time efficient. I recommend them for sure and will continue to rent from this location. Thank you Enterprise!!
