Horrible Customer service. Visited the La Habra location because my phone would spontaneously restart. It had been doing it for about two weeks. On Oct 27, 2022 it spontaneously shut off but didn't come back on. Tried the restart function but that didn't work. The associate helping me couldn't get it to restart either. Kash ordered a warranty replacement phone & informed me that I would be notified when the phone arrived so that we could do the exchange. Five business days go by & I had not been notified. I return to the store only to be told that they don't have it there & that it's usually sent to the location closest to my address. I told the associate that this IS the closest to my home- only five minutes away. Long story short, my replacement phone was sent to a t-mobile store 20 miles (round-trip) away. And no one there, not even the manager knows how to process a warranty replacement for a Sprint account . Needless to say, a week later and my phone has not yet been replaced.
