I am really disappointed with rite aid due to the fact my inhaler stopped working, and the pharmacist stated that I have to call to inhaler company for replacement. If my insurance paid over $100 to get my prescription Why? Do I have to call the company myself they have my information it should be replaced at store of purchase. In the mean time I don’t have my medication that was paid for at the store.

Always friendly and many of the associates either recognize me or know my voice when I call. Very reliable--always have prescriptions filled here and they deliver prescriptions too.

This Rite-Aid Pharmacy actually listens to and fulfills any voicemail request you may leave after hours. I called this morning to double check on the one I left last night (Sunday) and my Rx was already scheduled for delivery today. "Fady", the Pharmacy Manager, was very courteous, professional and likeable … and he immediately recognized my name when I gave it to him. It was a very happy experience and I wish the same for everyone.

Thank you again to Irma who took the time to straighten out the mess with Western Union I had. She went out of her way to help me while waiting on hold and taking care of the other customers. It was frustrating for me but she took care of my problem and maintained a very friendly attitude. You don’t get customer service this good anymore

The experiance is too long to write in this post. Raymond the "Manager" is rude and extreamly unprofessional. I will no longer shop at this Rite Aid, and I will certainly think twice before entering any other Rite Aid with the thought of crossing paths with him or any other as poorly trained as he was.

made my covid vax appt. this Thursday. received a email I was being pushed back to sat. not a problem was told they ran out of vax. I did NOT feel the needle!! I believe her name was Kim. not sure but look forward to her professional caring service!!

The lady at the window was very helpful. It’s nice and clean. Looks like they did a makeover since the last pictures were posted. Overall I like the server from the pharmacy and the guy working the cashier greeted me when I first walked in the door. ✅

Just walked out this Rite-Aid which is close to my home, Raymond charged me for my items. He was so super nice asked me how my day was and if I was ready to go home and rest. Being that I have worked in customer service for 15 years... I can tell when someone is genuine and passionate about offering the best service. Raymond goes beyond that, he's great! Thanks Raymond
