The truck stop side of the Love's is pretty good but As far as the food is concerned it's your typical McDonald's. But the customer service needs improvement. In the dinning room I had to clean up a table just to use. All of the tables were dirty and stayed that way the entire time I was there, no one came out to clean or even check on the dining area. Then when I went to get a coffee refill I was being overlooked until I said something. I just don't understand. So I don't know what kinda pull the Love's Truck Stop has but you may want to look at the reviews for your restaurant

From management on down. The level of incompetence at this truck stop record breaking. Don’t expect anything other than mediocre customer service, and professionalism from the staff here. If it wasn’t required of me to only fuel at Loves Travel stops. I would never fuel my truck at another Loves.

DO NOT USE THE REPAIR SHOP!!! They will charge you for work not completed. They supposedly repaired our hub seal in order to complete a DOT inspection. We received a passing inspection but the hub seal not repaired at all and still leaking. Is that not falsifying documents? We were also charged for a PM only to get in another state and have power issues due to a clogged fuel filter. The filter was clogged 2 inches from the top. I’m guessing fuel filters are not changed at this very special location. Those reading these reviews have been warned. Stop at your own risk.

My complaint is the long waiting to take a shower. Since 10pm, it's now 12:01am and I just got out of the shower. And I needed it because I was underneath my truck and this and that....so I had no choice, but wait, it hurts you waste the hours of sleep in things like this. There were around 20 people in the line, I was number 14. Other than that no complaints, the staff was very friendly to everyone I saw it while I waited, so ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the staff but nxt time I will buy for myself a couple of gallons of water and take a shower behind my truck 😆

Great service replaced it my coolant overflow jug, replace slack adjuster in balance tires all in about 4 hours. Very knowledgeable mechanics here! 👍

Very busy truck stop with a lot of inconsiderate would be professional drivers. Either not pulling after fueling or blocking islands while getting their McDonald's poison. C-Store appearance was fair. Counters dirty. Limited condiments for coffee ☕️. Shower rooms big and spacious with descent pressure. Hot water could be hotter. Dog 🐕 park available.

Unreliable & untrustworthy! Called the truck care around 7am to let them know my arrival time and the services I needed. On check in I was told that everything will be taken care of in about two and a half to three hours. The result: - They told me that they are out of stock for the tires I wanted, while they already confirmed to me in the morning that they have enough stock. -- The shift manager said the used tires were $270 a piece but at the end a different shift manager charged me $297 per piece while the tires were already installed and he refused to contact the other shift manager for the price we initially agreed upon. - The worst of all, it took me a total of nine hours waiting instead of two and a half or three which was estimated at the beginning. - Finally, the check engine light came on as I was leaving, when I told them that it was not on when came this morning, they still didn't take responsibility and didn't fix it. The only reason I still rated them two stars instead of one is because of an incredible person named Luis who works there too. He came in the second shift and He was the one that finished most of the jobs I needed.

My two favorite road places in the same building. Restrooms are always clean and they pretty much got anything you want.

I love Love's travel stops. They always have a nice clean restrooms, good choice of food and one of the best coffee from gas stations. Always trying to find exactly that traclvel stops if it's possible.

This Love's has been amazing. Been here three days and it has been clean every day. The showers were nice and clean. Laundry is available and took advantage of it. The staff always greeted us as we walked in. Very nice and friendly staff Alicia, Hannah, Kyle, Daphne, Jessica and all of the others. This Love's has a Subway and McDonald's which I wish they could get better staff and fly control in McDonald's. Parking is a good amount and clean lot for trucks. The Love's Shop was extremely busy with road calls but was able to get my tires changed. Josh, the technician that took care of the truck worked very fast to change the two steer tires. Completely impressed with his quickness and knowledge of information.
