Best financial institution in Downey, California (CA) 2024

I went to negotiate my check and had the WORST EXPERIENCE you can imagine due to the customer service I received from Latrice. First off she was rude, extremely dry, you can clearly tell she is miserable working there by the way she treated me with in a short amount of time. Everyone else at the branch was so kind, pleasant and willing to help. I am giving 3 stars due to Latrices attitude and the service she provided, next time I go back to this branch I refuse to have her help me. Please hire people who are kind, willing to work and are actually happy to have a job and help customers. This was the worst customer service Iv’e ever received in my 40 years of life. ~Kimmy
