I went to negotiate my check and had the WORST EXPERIENCE you can imagine due to the customer service I received from Latrice. First off she was rude, extremely dry, you can clearly tell she is miserable working there by the way she treated me with in a short amount of time. Everyone else at the branch was so kind, pleasant and willing to help. I am giving 3 stars due to Latrices attitude and the service she provided, next time I go back to this branch I refuse to have her help me. Please hire people who are kind, willing to work and are actually happy to have a job and help customers. This was the worst customer service Iv’e ever received in my 40 years of life.

They did want to cash my check but the check is under pacific western bank. Are you kidding me? But if I go to the one in Pasadena no problem. Shame on you!!!
