Unprofessional and complete waste of my time! Was told they needed to order a part for my car service (for which they never did) and after several phone calls and 3 trips to this Downey location, I was told Jiffy Lube doesn't service my car at all!

The worst service ever very dishonest,the manager/ salesman comes out to every car and claim they need additional work done on their car , I am a retired machanic who just came in for an oil change Basic , was charged $ 15 over the price and salesman claim I would not make it home without this transmission service. Caution !! These guys are a scam , even one of the technicians said to me ‘ Don’t trust this plase ,it’s a scam’

Very bad service I came with my car to change motor oil and they told me that the transmission oil needs to change agreed they make the service I paid for that 250$ and next day I found oil leaks under my car I go back to the shop they told me we are sorry the employees didn’t clean the car good we apologize now everything is good and they offer me 10$ in the next service next day I find the same problem I go back for the shop and they told me that the transmission had problems and this not our problem they make an incident report and told me the manager will call you next day and no buddy call me tell now they broke my car 😡😡😡 very bad service very bad shop I don’t advise any buddy to go there 👎👎👎👎😡😡😡

Place tried to con my wife into getting a bunch of extra stuff done instead of doing it, she called me then decided to go to valvoline in Long Beach. They checked everything and said all we need is the oil change. Don’t go to this place they’re a bunch of thieves and liars.

These guys are crooks, it's the one right there by the flower shop in Downey. You'd think Jiffy Lube learned their lesson years ago when they were caught with real evidence by an undercover sting operation by journalists with the news. No, they continue to rip off customers by trying to charge for unnecessary services that are not even required for your car. Its possible they won't even do them !! They use high pressure sales tactics. I rather take my car to the dealer, yeah it's not fast but no pressure tactics to force services on an almost new car lol
