Straight to the point....I arrived 20 minutes before Google said it was closed and, well, it was "closed". Needless to say, that was customer service at its best. Keep it up Baskin Robbins! Y'all will shut down in no time!

When I grew up with Baskin-Robbins they were always known to have 31 flavors. That was their slogan. This location has less than 15. Such a big store for small selection. What was once a selection of 31 flavors—Baskin-Robbins "31®" stands for a different ice cream flavor for each day of the month—has grown to more than 1,400 in its flavor library.

Website says they are open...but it is only half true. Only the drive thru is open. We were looking forward to getting ice cream and sitting down and chatting.

Love Baskin Robbins Ice Cream, but don’t recommend this location. Poor customer service and they are always out of a lot of items. I will be saving calories and spending my money elsewhere.

Never has anything on the menu. Every time we have gone there or ordered from, they're out. Even people in line trying to order or through the drive through, you can hear them naming what they actually have since they're out of everything when people try to order. I'm guessing the only reason they're still open is cuz of the Dunkin.

I have never been so upset in a business. Ordered a birthday cake with an edible image. It was the worst experience ever the image was not on the cake straight and they chopped off the subjects head!!!! Please tell me what cake decorator in the right mind would consider this acceptable, like I wasn’t going to notice his head gone!!!!! I’m told by the store employees that they can’t do anything the manager would have to handle it. I’m beyond upset at this point

I placed a Uber Eats order for two sundaes. In my experience with Uber Eats when a restaurant is out of something they call you. This time the restaurant didn't bother. The driver told me they were out of the sundaes I ordered. We worked it out and by the time my order was delivered it was a completely different item than I was expecting. The toppings tasted stale. I threw it away, received a refund from Uber Eats, and did what I should have done the first time and bought a pint of ice cream from the gas station. This shouldn't have happened if Baskin Robbins did their job.

So disappointed with their new Matcha Top green tea. It's glazed donut with matcha powder top. The glazed are overpowered, I can't even tell the matcha. I wish they came as matcha frosted donut.

We had a great experience there today! I had a 2-scoop sundae with strawberry topping and it was wonderful! My friend had one scoop of yummy delicious ice cream and loved it. Very good service, great ice cream, and a great atmosphere. We'll be back soon!
