Charging more in CASH for mobile orders. Ordered through mobile order and mentioned i paid through app. He still said it didn't went through and I gave him card he said card didnt went through and I gave him another card again same he said didnt went through so i gave him cash which he mentioned better. Receipt was not given until I requested which it says payment method cashless and it charged my card on app. When I went back and asked manager was rude. Please watch out when you order in this location

It's McDonald's. Clean, quick, friendly service. Nothing fancy, and the ice cream don't seem to be out every time. I just went through to get coffee. The staff at this McDonalds are always smiling and friendly. I enjoy going both inside and using the drive thru, always receiving quality service and good food.

Sent my boyfriend tonight to get me a caramel iced coffee & 3 chocolate chip cookies for my birthday today. The coffee is full of coffee grounds & has absolutely no flavor. It taste like unsweetened coffee with unsweetened creamer. Cookies are extremely hard & not fresh at all. Not to mention he had to sit in the drive thru for 37 minutes waiting on our very small order. Get it together. If you need employees HIRE PEOPLE! I applied months ago.

This mcdonald’s always has problems. My bf got a big mac from there and there was LITERALLY metal in it, he didn’t finish. If i could give 0 stars I would. I posted on facebook and many ppl commented saying they always have problems with this specific mcdonald’s.

The people that own this place are good people. Somehow, they have the formula for hiring good young folks when compared to your average McDonalds.

I specifically asked for freshly cooked fries and yet I get some that apparently we're recooked and hard not the look of the fresh fries. The young kid at the window said they are fresh which he obviously would.

The only good service at this location was the self serve kiosk. The entire dining room was dirty and filthy. I had to ask for a towel to wipe off our table, because almost all the tables were dirty. When I mentioned to the male manager the dirty dining room, he said, "We're doing the best we can." If you are doing the best you can, than your dining room only reflects your best, which is poor. I watched to see when things slowed down if they would clean, they did not. If you want to eat in filth, this is your place. If you are drive-thru, then no worries.
