Best Team Ever! I've been using Hill County Payroll to manage my payroll submissions for almost a year now. This company has been nothing but World Class since day 1. They take care of all my payroll, tax information, new hire reporting and have been extremely helpful consultants. I could not ask for a better experience. Im charged a rate that is comparable with the entry level service you get from big brand name providers, but I still get all the bells and whistels such as automated tax payments, new hire reporting, w4's.....AND REAL PEOPLE answer when you call! The Laredo taco at this place is one of the best . They always have fresh food and the service is super fast . The store always has coffee and everything you might need . The only concern is the restrooms are dirty most of the time . They also have construction on the back of the store . ~directdiesel

Unnecessarily rude from the moment I walked in the door. I am an average 38 year old female. Don't really stand out unless I'm dirty from working on a farm. (Today I was clean wearing cotton shorts and shirt). I asked the lady which register she wanted me to use because the only 2 I saw had closed signs on them. She very sarcastically told me not those can't I see they have a sign telling me those registers are closed. I told her I needed gas. She acted like she was being disturbed and didn't care to be. I don't expect much but if I'm dropping 40$at your establishment I expect to be treated with respect. Your bad day isn't my problem. You ruin the business you work for by giving them a bad name. I should have gotten her name but I was so offended I just wanted to leave. Dark hair. Lots of makeup. Idk. ~Jenn

After going here for a couple years Ive stopped. Employees have always been nice, however I was short changed on my lotto. Gave 2 tickets for $20, they were scanned, told I had $10. One ticket was a winner apparently so I asked for that ticket back. After she had rescanned my tickets, saying "oh there were 2 tickets". Still told me only one was a winner. Once home I rechecked ticket, it then said "Paid out", she had paid out both tickets but told me I only had 1 winner. I dont need to play games with employees so I wont be returning to this store. ~Shane

Sadly the pharmacy is less than sub par. Im unsure if its due to understaffing, protocol or software but the communication is terrible. Time spent waiting in line, phones, stock are also very poor. At any given time of the day there is usually a line, sometimes 6 to 7 people deep. Thats a guaranteed 30 - 45 minute wait just to pickup a prescription. Dont think about calling, you'll get hung up on or wait in an endless call queue. If your prescription requires a prior authorization, you will not be informed of this by the pharmacy until you go to pick it up on the date their system has indicated its ready for pickup. ~Mike

Anyone giving this place or any ARC under 5 stars is probably a chronic complainer who loves bombing each business they review. Look at Laura C. For example. Constant complainer who has nothing better to do in her life then write bad reviews nearly everywhere. I have been going here for 10 years plus now. My wife and two kids both see doctors here as well. Not one time have we had a less then perfect experience. We have had to book on the fly and not with our routine doctors and each time they exceeded each and every expectation we have. We moved to San Antonio for two years and I tracked in to see Darla Grimes because she is the best doctor I have ever seen. Her care, knowledge, and devotion to supporting you and in this case my mental health is unmatched in my 3” plus years seeing health care professionals for mental health. Seriously look at each bad reviewer and look at their review history and it will paint a picture that one star is all they are. ~Mitchell
