Anyone giving this place or any ARC under 5 stars is probably a chronic complainer who loves bombing each business they review. Look at Laura C. For example. Constant complainer who has nothing better to do in her life then write bad reviews nearly everywhere. I have been going here for 10 years plus now. My wife and two kids both see doctors here as well. Not one time have we had a less then perfect experience. We have had to book on the fly and not with our routine doctors and each time they exceeded each and every expectation we have. We moved to San Antonio for two years and I tracked in to see Darla Grimes because she is the best doctor I have ever seen. Her care, knowledge, and devotion to supporting you and in this case my mental health is unmatched in my 3” plus years seeing health care professionals for mental health. Seriously look at each bad reviewer and look at their review history and it will paint a picture that one star is all they are.

Amazing staff and dedicated to customer service. I didn’t have appointment and my doctors orders were not clear, but they worked on it and got me in within the hour! Called my doctor, clarified the orders, took my insurance info and I was in. Brenda the tech with the Jack skellington tattoo was amazing! Super friendly, caring and very informative. You guys killed it today! ❤️ 🙌🏼

I used to enjoy seeing Dr Gilmore but she transitioned to being a professor at UT. There aren’t many female providers and my last visit with ARC with Dr Brooks was just awful. She seemed rushed and didn’t do the normal physical I get. Lab work came back and she gave me a generic response- not patient specific. I’ll be looking for a new provider. Also, front staff just gossips while the line builds up and they don’t actually do their job.

Can’t get ahold of anyone. I’ve called 4 times today from this morning to about an hour ago since my symptoms make it where I can’t set an appt through the app-but no one will answer the phone. Have been hold easily 2 hours accumulatively. Ridiculous

Literally impossible to get ahold of. I was waiting on hold or OVER an hour and then was hung up on. I called back and was on hold again for another 20 minutes before getting disconnected again. When I did finally reach a person they said they couldn’t help me and transferred me to another hold line. Beyond ridiculous. I couldn’t even make the appointment online- the website said to call the line. Go ANYWHERE else.

First negative experience with an ARC Clinic. My physical exam was cancelled without anyone ever reaching out to try and reschedule it. All I got was a message in MyChart, not even a text message to let me know it had been cancelled. Now I have to wait another week for an appointment at a different clinic.

i can’t reach Dr. Hairgrove’s office or a nurse, and i need some information prior to the appointment. i called and waited a half hr and then the call was dropped. second try was 45 min., then sent to ring but no one picked up. i waited at least 5 minutes of ringing. this is an orthopedic referral from my GP at ARC, and it’s not a thing that will wait. i injured my knee, possibly tore the LCL ligament. hurts a lot interrupts sleep. i have one kidney and can’t take advil. this is really lousy way to bring in referrals.

I hate that I have to write this review because I only write reviews if an experience was amazing or horrible. I've always liked my PCP Dr. De Lota but unfortunately I will be finding a new PCP due to his staff. I came in to get a physical and another test done for college, and when those results came in the doctor planned to sign and send me the forms I needed for school. He understood this was time sensitive and assured me this would get done. When the results came I spoke to his LVN Yvette over a 12 day span trying to get these forms for school. Because of her incompetence it delayed my start for school. Personally I feel 12 days Is a long time to spend dealing with this. I told her over and over it was time sensitive and needed it immediately. I called and messaged over their charting app and she still could not make this happen in a timely manner. This was extremely frustrating and sadly makes me not want to use this clinic again, especially if I need something done fast.

I rate my experience 5 stars because my visit at this clinic was exceptional. The front desk lady was so friendly, she was very helpful, patient, and sweet. She made my experience very easy and fast. The medical assistant that took my weight and height was very professional as well. She asked me questions that I was able to understand very clearly. Dr. Worrell was an amazing doctor. She made me feel very comfortable during my visit and I will most definitely be going back if I ever need to see a doctor in the future. I really recommend going to this clinic!

Just got back KYLE ARC with my girlfriend who was in severe pain. The staff was friendly, Dr. Ahmadi listened to her concerns and answered all the questions. Had plenty of room to sit down and wait for them check us in. We did have an issue with them fulfilling our prescriptions today on time, as they forgot to call in a few items, so now we have to go back to the pharmacy again, when it could have been taken care of the first time. All in all, without that hiccup it would have been a 5 star review.
