Once Downey was a prized city and Home Savings and early Chase contributed to the city by maintaining their front landscape. It is seriously lacking today and it's only contribution is its ghetto appearing facade on a major thoroughfare the city. Surely a bank of your size can maintain and help bring you landscape to its former appeal

Worse banking experience. This bank company allows fraud to be accepted on my account. I'm in the middle of a dispute and their "investigation team" denies my proof of returns through a company "Hydomate/Shopify" and allowing "Hydromate/Shopify" to get away with giving Chase bank falsified documents. Again I'm denied on my dispute after showing proof to their incompetent "Investigation Team". Chase Bank allows fraud to be accepted onto my account. Beware of this bank company. I won't take this down until my dispute is settled and paid extra for the 3-4 of inconvenience and headaches of calling every 4-5 days to get denied of my claim.

I went to the branch to make changes to my personal account and was informed that I needed to schedule an appointment. My information was taken and I was told that I would be contacted in order to schedule an appointment. No one ever contacted me back. I tried calling the branch but was unable to get through. I ended up going to the Alhambra location and they immediately assisted me with what I needed. I know the pandemic has brought on many changes and we need to be flexible, but this does not mean that customer service needs to be compromised.

Worst Chace branch experience. I went to deposit money into an account as I waited for my place in line to see a banker. The deposit was smooth and quick however, I was skipped. My name was not called out nor did anyone ask for me. No biggie, I waited and watched banners help customers, watched them leave, and the bankers walk around and go to the back or stay at their desks. After waiting for my second attempt and seeing 2-3 ppl free up and not take another customer I couldn’t help but feel this branch didn’t deserve my business and walked out. SMH

When are you guys going to fix your drive thru!!! It’s suppose to be convenient and it’s not when you’re in a rush. It has been down for months now, every time i try and deposit cash into the ATM it’s out of service. Please fix this issue

Great staff... im temporarily hamdicaped and one of the bankers named Mathew helped me out with evergthing. He didnt make me wait in line but rather went to see if id like to be seated and offered his assisntace. Great job guys and thank you very much Mr. Mathew.

Terrible customer service easy to open account but terribly hard to close . Customer service rep Berenice Valdez is the most unprofessional rude person that I had ever dealt with at any bank. Not only rude but also question me if I was a citizen or not ? which is not her business and asked my wife for a Id, passport and pay stub in order to change my account. I have multiple accounts personal and business with them .But after this situation i will have all my family and sons accounts close. Never will i get an account on this bank again. I will make sure that i tell friends and family about what they have put me through. Since when does a bank need so many forms of verification in order to update an account?

Very friendly bunch of people at this location. Stopped in for a new debit card about a minute before closing and both female reps (didn't catch their names) were very courteous and made the whole process a pleasant one. Blonde teller that took deposit was above par. Keep up the great work.
