Beyond AMAZING service by Jose! From the moment I walked in to me leaving the doors I felt completely taken care of. I am one to definitely drive the distance for customer service and I will definitely be coming back. He is completely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I am so dissatisfied with everything this company offers. I was due for a check up on my contact prescription. They weren't allowing me to buy contacts anymore from my old prescription (which is fair enough because the old prescription was given to me at their Pico Rivera location and I always felt it was off and not strong enough for my eyes) until I went in and was retested. So I go in and get tested and provide them my eyeglasses too. Despite them knowing one of my eyes is stronger than the other and therefore the prescription is different for both eyes, they ordered the wrong contact lenses so that I could have the same prescription for both eyes. When I went to try them on, one of my eyes felt off and the doctor explained why, aka they ordered the wrong one so I could have the same prescription for both eyes. So now I have to wait longer for the new order to come in. Approximately how long is up in the air. And I'm not able to buy contacts from my old prescription either. I'm in this weird limbo waiting on them. Due to the nature of my job, contacts are more convenient than glasses so I've been struggling this whole time. If they would have ordered the right contact lenses from the start this could have all been avoided. I thought maybe the Downey location would be different since I had a bad experience at their Pico Rivera location. Now i realize this company just operates poorly. For a few dollars more I should have gone to Costco or Walmart. ~Judy

I have rented many vehicles from Enterprise & I've always gotten great service. Staff is always helpful & friendly. This last time was ( I'm not gonna say bad) just different from all the other times. The gentleman that was assisting us seemed a little lost, almost like it might have been his first few days working there, he had us walking back & forth all around the lot, he kept asking about my reservation like he didn't know anything about it now normally this wouldn't bother me but I was pressed for time. In the end he ended up upgraded me so that was a good thing. The vehicle was great, clean and very comfortable. I ended up reserving the car for an additional 2 days & the gentleman on the phone was super friendly about it. When I returned the vehicle the lady that assisted me was one of the kindest persons ever. I will definitely be back! And highly recommend this place when looking into renting a vehicle. The store has a lot of merchandise, I think they need a bigger store for all the good stuff they have. We bought an ice chest, foldable chair and swimsuit. ~Wendy

Ones I checked the review I realized I am not the only one get terrible service. I really waned to open new account because city bank has good promotion than other bank Representative asking for wait one hour for opening new account but I didn’t see many people in the line in front of me. City bank should hire young and active and positive attitude Representative .I left the bank wasting my Saturday morning and they don’t care.city bank you wasting your promotion ! ~Kalpa

Once Downey was a prized city and Home Savings and early Chase contributed to the city by maintaining their front landscape. It is seriously lacking today and it's only contribution is its ghetto appearing facade on a major thoroughfare the city. Surely a bank of your size can maintain and help bring you landscape to its former appeal ~John
