I went in this morning 7/31/22 to make an exchange and the woman at the counter named Jackie was very rude, I wanted to buy other stuff but after that all I wanted was to get out of the store.

I did not catch his name but he was a sweet person who was nice enough to offer help! He checked the back for what we needed and they had it in stock! He was nice enough to wheel the item out and place it in our car! I complimented his red hair and he was the best worker there! All the other employees were rude and useless as they were not helpful. The cashier was not helpful and pretty careless. She just pointed into the air as if we expected to know the store. Not sure if this was also Emily. Some other Asian lady who was short with like blue colored hair was also rude and did not acknowledge us or say hi.

I was staring at the shelf of knives for about 5 minutes no one came literally walked over to the shoes came back and had to grab someone to help me, the person was cool that helped me, I do wish that whenever I go to the ammo or knife section they wouldn't take as long as they do I don't know if there's a protocol or something to it but might just be me anyways service was okay could have been better
