I’ve been coming here for a few years. I have a laundromat across the street from home. I always come to this one because I like it. I feel comfortable. On May 22,22 I was approached by one of the employees and was rude to me she thought that I was just getting change and leaving. I told her I have 4 loads, what are you talking about? She was very rude to me and said “I’ve never seen you before”. I showed her the coin bag that I had with the laundromat logo that was given to me there a few years ago.. after a back and forward conversation … I told her that they are loosing a loyal customer because how rude her approach was and still being disrespectful. She said “loosing ONE CUSTOMER the owner won’t go broke” I was very upset and this is sad because you don’t talk to customers like this. Won’t be able to wash here again thanks to this employee. She didn’t even apologize to me. Unfortunately, some people don’t understand the value of maintaining customers. I’m literally sad that I don’t feel comfortable coming to this laundromat anymore…

Very clean and the decor is beachy which is refreshing. Met Lenore the lady cleaning every night except Wednesday. She was talking to another customer & caught my attention by her laugh it's contagious and made me smile every time I heard it. After the Laundromat closed we got to talking and she gave me some helpful info

This is a really well ran and super clean laundromat. I have been looking for a good laundromat that's covid friendly and I have found one in Super Wash N Dry. Leonor is amazing. She's was very helpful and she is always cleaning and taking care of business. Thanks for such a great establishment.

This place is ALWAYS clean and their attendants are ALWAYS happy to assist. It opens up at 5am. There's no one there to help you at that time if you should need it, you could always call them up and the owner is also very willing to assist. The doors are on a timer and will unlock a few minutes before 5am. The pictures: me waiting in my car for the doors to unlock.

It's a laundry mat what more can I say. Oh yeah their wash cycle is short 22 minutes but always clean and I've hooked up twice here I am charming and not that bad looking plus I know how to talk...

Leonor was super sweet and kind. She let us come in at 11 p.m. to wash our clothes as we are from out of town. She has great customer service! I would definitely recommend this place. P.S. they also have a charging station and free wifi!
