I can't ever understand what the lady at the drive thru is saying. The person on the intercom is upbeat and pleasant and the lady at the window is so quiet you can't heat her and she wears a mask so add that and her low volume you are screwed

If you order an espresso shot they don't put it in unless you watch them make it. This has happened 5 or 6 times

Extremely disappointed with Dunkin Donuts. My best friend currently can not have ice due to doctor's orders bc of a medical condition. When she ordered her drink without ice the employee informed us that it would be a $1.00 more. Sounds like a violation of the American's with disabilities act if you ask me? My friend told them never mind & left.

Just be aware. The guy who made my coffee was wearing his mask below his nose, his mouth half covered, and he had no gloves. Everyone else was wearing a mask from what I could see. I've only gone there about 5-6 times but every time I go, there are always different people working. Debating if I want to go back after seeing the guy prepare drinks without gloves.. pandemic or not, if you are food/drink handling you should be wearing gloves.

First off you do not charge people 1.50 extra just for a drink with no ice. Second this place is one of the worse Dunkin shops I have been to telling me I said no ice and tried to tell me no refunds. Third wear your masks legit or do not wear them at all. Fourth bad customer service all around giving me attitude for no reason and telling me the tea costs more money when we do not add ice so I will have to charge you 1.50 more? Sigh hopefully only the first and last horrible review I have to do. I would give 0 out of 5.

Terrible customer service. Every time I order they always miss something. No one smiles there, all employees seem miserable. Some donuts are smashed together. Will stop going there and drove a little further to a different one.

WORST DD in the planet. DO NOT go there. I used to go for coffee every day (espresso) and I caught them re -using the old left over coffee from previous days and mixing it in the coffee I ordered. I asked them to make fresh coffee because I pay for good service and quality, and the staff in a very rude way replied that it was fresh. I told them that I saw how they just prepared it and then they prepared it properly. This happens very often. They re used the left over and mix it with your order. That is how they make their profit. Be careful. This people can cause some serious health issues.

This particular establishment is approximately one mile from my crib (residence). After a rather trying day, I stop there for an extra large coffee ☕ (w/cream and splenda), to unwind for a few minutes. I can recall if there's something I need to get before going home. If I decide to get dinner, it's always delicious and most of the time, they throw a couple donuts in a bag for free, to have later. The workers are always polite and very clean. I recommend that you visit, if you need jump out of the rat race for a few minutes.

worst dunkin ever.. i ordered my breakfast and when i got my order it was a nightmare, the wrap was toasted and yes I almost enjoyed my food. the scramled egg with sausage is the worst and you can see tiny black that looks like there was food burnt and they cook another food in it, it was so disgusting! the food taste bad also and they forgot to give me my snackin' bacon which i was craving for! great! great place to close!! Ps: the crew are rude
