If there is a Self Check-out, it would be nice if they worked. Trying to save time, It actually took more time to get assistance to cancel my order and re-check-out at a register. Very irritating especially when the young lady helping me mentions that this particular unit was having problems. Then put a sign on it!! Out of Order.

Don't use the Pharmacy unless you bring a blanket and pillow. Employees (not all) need refresher training on working with the customer.

Avoid this location! I have been to this location 4 times and the service is just awful! This is the only location that either never receives an electronic script from the doctor, or does receive it and it takes a phone call to remind them to fill the script. Then the drive through took 35 minutes!!! Just unacceptable. I'd drive further for better service.

This is the weirdest CVS I've ever been in. Routinely, shelves are bare, coolers are devoid of product, and you will NEVER see any employees. Your only option for check out is a singular self check out near the exit.

Every time I’m going to get my meds or my husband’s meds because the automatic system informed meds are ready, according to the pharmacy associates the meds are never ready or they always have a pathetic excuse why the meds are not ready. On top of that the place is always dirty. You can see dirt, garbage and pieces of paper everywhere, specially where people have to sit and wait to get vaccinated. But not only the pharmacy area is a mess, in front at the check out God forbid you don’t want to use the self checkout system. The cashier come to you rolling her or his eyes after 10 minutes of the customers pressing the assistance button . I think I should start looking for a better pharmacy. Convenience it’s not always the best option.

I rarely use CVS anymore but if I have to I’ll drive further to this location. It’s the only one in the area where the pharmacist is helpful, she was very busy but she stopped to answer questions to multiple customers. And the staff was friendly.

I finally got tired of this CVS' laxidasical unprofessional attitude and switched my prescriptions to another one. They never ever answer the phone. The place is filthy. There are cobwebs and dust bunnies all over. Filling rush prescriptions takes hours and routine refills sometimes a day. They are either understaffed or just don't care. Too often they are out of stock and it takes several days to get a prescription filled. My health is too important to leave it to this CVS.

the pharmacy staff treated me absolutely awful to the point where i had to file a claim with corporate just the other day. had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive through and saw 3 employees back there avoiding eye contact with me and not coming over to help or even let me know that it will be a few minutes. finally after multiple rings of the bell and even a phone call to the pharmacy that was left unanswered (it was not easy for me to just go inside since my child was in the car). when Eric S. (what a joke of a pharmacy manager) finally came to the window, he was not apologetic whatsoever or even explained why i waited so long. When i asked for an explanation, another female employee named Destiny (she actually refused to give me her name, but when i called the store afterwards, one of the managers looked back at the cameras and informed me of her name) walked up, shut the window on me as i was speaking, and locked it. then she started to record me on her cell phone so i left, which I was told by corporate is an absolute HIPAA violation. do not go here. i cannot believe what i experienced here.

This pharmacy used to be a favorite. Now they cannot be bothered to answer a phone. Been on hold for 23 minutes and counting to get some help. This is the 3rd time I called. I have gotten cut off the other two times after multiple minutes. Get it together CVS Update: Held on for 48 minutes with no answer at all!!!! Called the store manager And she said “There is nothing I can do.” She said “they must be very busy” and I said 35 minutes is unreasonable! DO NOT USE THIS CVS. All this for a diabetic medication. Not being u reasonable but this is disgraceful. Store manager could care less about customer service.

I made an appointment to get my 15 year old a flu shot. Filled out all the forms online and confirmed the appointment. Received a courtesy text reminder of the appointment. All seemed good. When I get there and check in...told to wait and then was told they don't have the flu shot for anyone under 18. The website and the online appointment page says shots are available for kids 2 and up....can't understand all this. Just a total waste of my time. Really lousy service !!! They could have told me this when making the appointment or when they sent the appointment reminder text. Ugh
