Attended July 1st, 2022 evening. It was crowded, but cashiers were quick and helpful. Had plenty of staff on hand! Had what I needed. The cashier that helped me was very helpful and kind! Definitely will be making future purchases here! The location was also clean and organized!

Great place to buy games and accessories for all consoles. This place offers alot of variety of games and well stocked. It offers great protection because of Covid 5 people at a time and the key pad is sanitize after every transaction. Great service the gentleman explained to me the recommendation that was good for my situation at hand. Finally the store is very clean and offers great discounts.

F this gamestop my wife called asking for a game. He told her they have some left. So when I came in within 7 minutes to pick up he told me they only have enough for pre orders but that's not what he told my wife. Smh guessing the white boy with glasses was just trying to be a perv to have my wife come in and check her out. What a SIMP!!!!!

I've always supported gamestop and shopped there often. When things go well it's an ok place to shop, however when they don't good luck finding someone who cares or is able to help you resolve your problem. I ordered 2 games over a month ago online for my nephew's birthday and paid for expedited shipping. I received the tracking information shortly after, so I thought great I will have the games soon. 1 week later, it is stuck on "awaiting courier pickup". Two weeks go by and same thing. I sent a total of 5 emails waiting for some sort of response. I would have been happy to even hear "sorry there was a delay, we should be able to get it out soon" or anything along those lines. Sent more emails just to cancel the order since I bought the games elsewhere with no luck. This company has no cancel option, no option to speak with any live representatives and really no way of finding out what is happening with your order. I've recently read reviews with similar stories of people never receiving their orders and being charged for them. Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere. Target, Best buy and Amazon are great options with faster shipping and better customer service. Needless to say, this left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be shopping at GameStop anymore.

They didn't have a sale I wanted :( but they gave me The Inpatient for 20 bucks on VR! Oh yeah marking a 3 cause I took my PS4 back and used my insurance and they gave me a slim which sucked ass. That's why I don't like buying here. They are theives. 5 bucks for a game. Screw you!!!!

I've been to a lot of GameStops and I have to say this one has an incredible team. I had the pleasure of talking to Ruben, Brigette and Damon who helped me with a purchase. I drove for 99 miles to purchase something and I don't regret a single moment of the drive to deal with these fine folks. They were kind, knowledgeable and most of all professional. I spoke to them on the phone and in person and their attitudes couldn't have been better. I'm extremely thrilled with my purchase and I'm happy I was able to meet everyone in store.
