Great staff but the fuking atm took my card and the teller told me it automatically shreds it they don’t have access to they atm and there is no one to call smh I’m beyond post because I was taking out cash for gas now I’m stuck at this Albertsons my kids at school waiting on me it’s funny because my card was too king years ago at another grocery store bank and the staff was able to obtain it I usually luv this staff but the fact all they could do was tell me to replace my card instead of getting it out got me livid

As a business owner I would never bank here got a reimbursement check any check over $50 they charge you $7 what the hell so 10k is $7 and $51.00 is $7 what a rip off not even sure that’s legal or and they want your social security number to cash a check seriously WORST EXPERIENCE horrible scam take your business elsewhere Per your reply why the social security number is that to block people that don't have one from using your bank. Also this charge would make sure I never have an account at your bank this charge is not an industry standard this is the bank scam cash it at my bank all the funds will not be available right away or pay your charge please stop robbing the small person from hard earned dollars don't you already make enough off the regular people you know next time I will have them write me 10 checks for under $50 and your bank will just have to process more checks

Bad Service , I took my Dad because he needs to do a bank transaction to the Branch inside Albertsons Store . They had a line outside the Store to get in, since they have nothing indicating that the line was to get to the bank . I thought it was to get into the store. I went inside the store , when I was in line inside one employee( Blonde hair Lady) asked me to go out and get in line, very rude. I asked her if they have a line for seniors since my Dad is a senior and in a Radiation treatment , she told me NO. I believe they should have a different line for senior citizens . They are exposing them, they have no consideration for Senior Citizens . They Should have a dif line for them or especial hours.

Bad customer service its 1030am and they only have one teller been in line for 25 mins hasn't moved...u have the other two tellers talking to each other ignoring the long lines... us bank should hire new people

Horrible customer service. Especially Jessie. She always looks like she has a " I hate working here attitude ". Her attitude is not welcoming at all. The only time I've seen her look happy is when she was getting called to assist another branch. Management should re train her on people skills because that's not the type of attitude I would want representing my company. Doing business elsewhere. I recommend you doing the same.
