They had my government check I was tryna to cash, just to deny me and tell me to go to check cashing where I couldn't because they already printed on the back , now, they're telling me to go get another check, during cov-19 gov office closed or appointment only. I can't pay rent!!!!!!!! Or anything .

Couldn’t help us fix a simple situation. Made us go back and forth with no progress and did not keep in touch with us to resolve the situation unless we kept calling them. Had to make an appointment each time and wait one whole week just to go in for nothing and repeat. Really took almost 3 weeks to just open a checking account. Went to the one on Anaheim and Avalon in Wilmington and was helped right away.

Poor service. When I called to receive help due my account being closed for no appearing reason. The person who answered the call “Karina” was rude on her end just because I was trying to receive help before I lost any access to my money.

Chase bank employees here are the bomb. Lucy, Yolanda, and Ruben. They truly know how to take care of the customers. At the same time while there fixing the problems there teaching you too to not get in that problem. There very patience and calm. Good job guys. You all deserve raises.

This bank makes me regret going inside for help at all. Bank manager and the banker were not knowledgeable even at the basic level and the bank manager was rude. I thought it might have been me but I heard another banker being rude to another customer so this mist be how they run their bank. I will go to Torrance or PV next time I need help in the bank.

I was just at this location today and had a great experience from the minute I walked in. I was greeted right away and asked if I needed any help. The man who greeted me helped me out with filling out a form. I waited less than five minutes to do what was needed. I then had to speak with a personal banker. This man helped me with two very important things and provided excellent customer service!! He gave my daughter candy, paper and crayons to color with so she was entertained during the whole process. He even gave her a small chase bank pig keychain!! Everyone I had an encounter with was very professional, caring, and went above and beyond to help both me and my daughter. This is my first time writing a review on Google. I just had the best experience and thought I would share.

This bank sucks any time you need to speak with someone they take at least 20mins they are not fast at all it's been like that for years I don't like coming to this bank for help unless I really have to if you go a little further to the one up in the ross parking lot that chase is so much better and faster this bank is no good

Came in to close an account. Only two people ahead of us to speak with a bank representative. They had two people helping within 10 mins we were down to 1 person even though we kept seeing at least 5 workers walk around. Finally 30 mins later the one that left came back and called us. So 45 mins later and nothing really resolved. Very unhappy and disappointed.

I agree, they should have more tellers at the windows. But all in all, the workers are nice and respectful and basically...I'm happy I switch to chase. ☺️

Unsure of the cost savings benefits Chase is enjoying from of having one teller open at this location but when I entered the queue to see a teller to deposit to someone else's account (business), the line had 18 individuals in front of me. I value my time during the business day, and therefore will not be returning here when I need something of the same nature done in a timely manner.
