Went there today (06/17/22), early afternoon, for a phone line swap, it was the fastest service I've ever receive, yet very attentive and the price is unbeatable! Andy is super friendly and with great attitude. I'll be going to that store from now on for any phone needs I might have.

Around Friday 9/3/21 I went in to purchase a charging cable with a regular box but I was given and charged for a expensive dual port box, and when I tried returning it my return was denied that it needed to be in 24 hours time frame which I was not informed of at the time of purchase. I didn’t want a dual port box and this weekend was in fact Labor Day so it’s just frustrating I got what I didn’t want and now I’m stuck with it… I asked nicely for a mangers number and was denied that as well. Totally unpleasant experience here.

This store is the best and the 5 stars are specifically for GIAN. He went out of his way to help me out when an employee at a different carson location overcharged me over $100, wouldnt explain what the charge was for and refused to return the money. Gian didnt hesitate to make a call to see what he could do to help me. 15 minutes later he got my money back. Thank you again Gian!
