THE WORST LOCATION EVER! The manager (a woman with long nails, did not get her name) was SO RUDE and nonchalant about all of my questions. I waited 1hr and 35min for support and she was extremely unapologetic the entire time. She had terrible customer service skills and pretty much said wait or leave. They were extremely understaffed, and instead of the manager helping out the specialists, she was replacing phone cases on the display wall. She provided them with NO support. It was the worst experience I’ve had. I was in there to switch carriers from T-Mobile, to Verizon and her attitude almost made Verizon lose a customer before I became one. However, Sam was GREAT with me and helped tremendously. He was the only reason I stayed and went through with the transaction. He even shortened his break to come out and help us.

The worst! Started my account in store on 8/18/22. Paid $55 in taxes to take home an Apple Watch as well. Store rep Imara said the payment wasn't showing on their end & asked me to pay again. The transaction was already posted to my bank acct so I decided to wait until I received the refund to attempt to buy the watch again. One month later & I'm still Apple Watch-less & have yet to receive my $55 back. When I call customer service they have no record of my purchase & when I call the store no one picks up. My work hours coincide w/ store hours so now I have to take time away from work to go to the store to speak with Imara or managers Jesus or Michael who were all involved in this botched transaction. An absolutely terrible first month as a Verizon customer. Would not recommend!!!!!

The employee that we delt with was completely clueless, and just kept repeating over and over about the different price packages rather than answering the simple questions we had. I have been with Verizon for almost 20yrs, but with the lack of customer service we received there, it makes me have second thoughts as to why I'm really paying the premium rates that I pay for phone service.

They were fast and efficient. They are in a bad place to get to during high traffic. One way in and one way out of the parking lot that gets blocked by delivery trucks.

Great! Greeted warmly when I walked in dy the staff and Sam was extremely helpful helping me to pick a phone for my dad, adding his phone to my account and porting the number. All in all a painless trip

I had bad experience coming to this place all employee except one named was very nice unfortunately I was not being patient and ask for her help since she's the only one available and everyone else was busy helping others. I felt I was being rush and she's didn't exactly trying to help me like rude behavior. She ruin my day.
