Best bank in Carson, California (CA) 2024

Great staff but the fuking atm took my card and the teller told me it automatically shreds it they don’t have access to they atm and there is no one to call smh I’m beyond post because I was taking out cash for gas now I’m stuck at this Albertsons my kids at school waiting on me it’s funny because my card was too king years ago at another grocery store bank and the staff was able to obtain it I usually luv this staff but the fact all they could do was tell me to replace my card instead of getting it out got me livid ~melody

Couldn’t help us fix a simple situation. Made us go back and forth with no progress and did not keep in touch with us to resolve the situation unless we kept calling them. Had to make an appointment each time and wait one whole week just to go in for nothing and repeat. Really took almost 3 weeks to just open a checking account. Went to the one on Anaheim and Avalon in Wilmington and was helped right away. ~Robert

Unbearably low service with lines that span the length of building. Don't come here unless you'd like to waste an hour of your time ~Matthew
