I go there often for a haircut. I used to go to the one in Norwood, but when i try to schedule through the app now, only the Westwood one shows up as available. I'm always satisfied with the results and in and out within 20 minutes.

I wish I can give zero reviews. Burnt my hair with curling iron and all the plastic comb melted went in my hair.i had to wash my hair got rid of plastic which burnt in my hair ,stopped the service. Yes they dint charge me, but thats not the solution. They are not professional and not helpful staff. I WOULD Not recommend this place. Service: Hairstyling

It depends on who cuts your hair. It is not consistent everytime I go there they should save customer's style or needs. The place is clean and staffs are friendly.

This location is amazing. It is very clean, organized, and very covid safe. My son loved it! His stylist was very patient with him and very understanding. His hair cut was amazing. I have recently moved back to New England and was looking for a place to cut my hair. I called the Westwood Supercuts and they gave me an appointment for the same day. The salon was clean, the stylist friendly and professional and the cut was exactly what I wanted. I love short hair, and I am so happy things turned out so well on my first visit. I will be going back!!!

A morning call to make an appointment for 1st available. You will be texed when to come into the store. My service a wash and a cut, no blowdry today. This day there were two stylists and two customers. Waiting area was closed. Patrons were asked to wait outside during services once myself and the other customer left I saw them through the windows sanitize the chairs. My hair wash was throughly clean and fresh smelling, while my cut was just enough to lighten up the hair from the months of quarantine. Great job that made me feel a little human again.

Convenient location near shopping. I've been four times, and the stylists are friendly, but haircuts are poor - stylists always in a hurry to get you out of the chair, even if there are no other customers. I'm guessing poor management. One stylist, Kayla, was great, but she left, and but they won't tell me where.
