Terrible, absolutely no response at all. It's been a week today.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I called to schedule an appointment to have my sons PC looked at. He told me it would be possibly up to 2 weeks before they could even look at it. I agreed to that, then he told me if I could bring it in right away he would at least tell me if he thought it was worth fixing or just replacing. After about 15 minutes he had it up and running he the charged me half of the required hourly minimum fee. My son is ecstatic. Thank you.

Beats anyone's prices. Very up front on if they can fix product or not something you can't find hardly anymore. Service very prompt.

Called them to confirm they exist before I traveled down to CW. Dropped off my printer, then waited 1 week expecting them to call me after 2 days saying it was fixed. After I called them they said they need a toner cartridge to fix it. Ok...so I waited 2 more weeks. I then saw that the printer was never attempted to be fixed and left right where I had placed it. So all I did was delay the process 1 month of getting my printer fixed and wasted 2 trips to CW. Seem like nice people, which is why I gave them 2 stars. I hate to write bad reviews. But as a business owner, I too would like to know when I have failed a potential customer. I'm off to purchase a new printer, not what I wanted to do, but it's what I need to do.
