The crust was over cooked and they did not honor the prices on their website we feel we were overcharged they said that the menu on the website belong to another company but it was their website it showed cottonwood it showed their restaurant I have only eaten there twice and both times we are not happy will not be back ever again

The staff were kind and wonderful to us. However, the pizza was quite lacking in food quality. We had the Eagle’s Combo and the Ham & Pineapple pizza, both medium. The crust was incredibly hard and difficult to chew. The cheese was nice and stringy, but the ham on the Ham & Pineapple pizza felt quite raw and undercooked. This wasn’t a super terrible pizza, but it was mediocre at best.

Decor: 3 stars Food: N/A Rudeness: OFF THE CHARTS! I wish I could tell you about their food but I never got that far. I was passing through town and wanted to stop in for lunch, and I had a bike on my car rack which I didn't want to leave unattended so I brought it in the restaurant with me. I barely took two steps before I hear "NO BIKES!" screamed at me from behind the counter. Of course, if the place was packed and there was clearly no room for a bike inside I would not even think to bring it in, but this place is HUGE. I'd say they can easily fit 100 people in the dining room, and there were maybe 5-10 people there at this time. And there are all sorts of empty corners where a bike would not be in the way of anyone. But they just kept screaming "NO BIKES!" and referenced a sign on the door which I didn't see but I'm guessing read "NO BIKES!" I understand full well what it's like to operate a retail food business, and that many things might not be obvious to customers but are they way they are for very legitimate reasons. If they said something like, "Sorry, we don't allow bike in here because..." that would be totally fine but where they don't get the benefit of the doubt is when they scream and act like jerks. So we went to Holiday Market in the same shopping center to get sandwiches, which we ate at the picnic table in front of the store. Great Experience! 5 stars! They have a nice selection of breads, including dutch crunch and the veggies were very fresh. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was great.

We have been customers of Eagle's Nest since 2001 when we moved to this area. We raised our kids using their pizza as a family treat. I absolutely LOVE the crust (I like my crust crispy and not a ton of dough). The combination is my favorite with extra sauce. The sweetness of their sauce blends perfectly with the fresh ingredients and crispy crust. The atmosphere is a small town, family friendly space with great service and a really good salad bar. I have never been disappointed and will continue to enjoy it as my favorite pizza in Tehama County.

This has been a long time, family owned Cottonwood establishment. Great pizza and salad bar, I love supporting local business. These guys make it feel good.

My grandpa took me here when I first moved up to NorCal and holy hell. Dude we go here about once a week and it is the best!! The chef is this awesome young guy and it is consistently amazing. My gramps and I always get a pitcher and the Irish bacon burgers and it is pure bliss. Check this awesome place out!!

i ordered the same order at least a couple times a month which would come out to around $18.50 but when i tried to order today they let me drive all the way to cottonwood before telling me they raised their prices “a dollar” but asked me to pay 25$ for a sandwich and mini pizza. damn near 6$ more than what i normally pay. They were extremely rude and argumentative which frustrated me and when i asked for decent customer service they told me to leave and would not serve me when i’ve been a repeat customer for years ordering the same thing at least a few times a month. Monica the penny pincher who runs the front is extremely rude and has a terrible attitude. will never go there again.

$11 for a pretty substantial "mini" Eagles Special pizza is a killer deal for lunch. I wasn't sure what I was going to find around Cottonwood, but I am surely going to be making a habit of visiting Eagle's Nest for pizza. Their cracker crust is a unique style, and one of the better versions that I've ever tried. It's not the same pizza that you'd get at most places, don't hesitate to give it a try!
