My experience with Maribel at Cerritos Mall AT&T was exceptional! Maribel is very knowledgeable, patient and attentive. She helped with everything I needed plus more. Did my upgrade with no hassle. She made the process very easy for me. I appreciate all the time she spent with me in order to get everything that I asked for. If you want a hassle free experience look for Maribel!

Thank you, Jasmine, for being so patient and kind when I went to upgrade my parents' phones. She was patient and explained everything, and didn't show any impatience when we had to wait forever for data to transfer from an old phone to the new. And thank you to manager Michelle (I think that was her name?) For remembering me when I went back a week after to finish my trade in. Talk about service! She got my watch from another store and during that time, Rosie helped me get started on upgrading my phone. Wonderful service. Thanks so much to everyone there!

I want to commend Claudia for her excellent customer service and patients. I Came in the store because I was having trouble getting my number ported to AT&T. T-mobile gave us the run around for hours had me very frustrated but she stayed patient and professional she resolved the issue and I got my number ported I left AT&T happy and satisfied thanks to Claudia

I was well taken care of in my visit. I highly recommend AT&T as your provider. Jasmine is very knowledgeable, and above all, very patient. Please acknowledge her for a job well done.

My rep Claudia was so nice. I went in for a new phone and she let me know about all the deals. They had a great promo on the apple watch when I traded an old device. I am very satisfied with the service I received. I will def be coming back to this store. They were all so helpful. Thank you.

My dad and I upgraded our phone plan, traded in for a new phone and an Apple Watch with the amazing help from Claudia. She treated us with exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for us and got us amazing deals to where were able to make huge upgrades and barely pay extra monthly! She made my dad feel really comfortable by taking time to explain things to him in Spanish. I highly recommend this store, Claudia was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. My family and I will definitely be returning to this location should we ever need anything else:)

I recently went to get some questions on my bill and Jasmine was absolutely positively the MOST helpful worker I've ever encountered. Whenever I asked a dumb question (in my book) she didn't make me feel insecure about my knowledge and proceeded to walk me through everything and was overall a great employee. Give her a raise.

All the associates working 430pm onwards on 4/3 were amazing. I've heard all of their interactions with the different customers that came before us and they handled each situation with care and professionalism. When our turn came, Maria, the associate who assisted us handled our concern diligently and thoroughly. She was calm and friendly and explained the situation and next steps well. This was a great experience for us and it was also amazing to see the other customers who we saw from the store inside the Cerritos mall (who like us were redirected to this branch after the lady there only spent about 5 mins with each of us) get the help they were looking for and leave this branch smiling (Raphael - the manager - was the one who assisted them). Raphael would also check in on his associates and see how they and the situation they're handling are doing...they have a great team and system going on in this specific!! They're great! Thank you Maria and Raphael.
