Best coffee shop in Hayward, California (CA) 2024

Bad service, around 1pm 12/19/21 coffee was cool and do not listen the requests size, sugar o no sugar milk o no milk. looks like they don't get paid enough, 50 min wrong line to pick up the coffee and the desk watch every one fault, we request more milk and they don't listen again is more ignore every one for any request. We are in Hayward latino city one block from Home Depot. Now I will call to channel 7 discrimination is not accepted in Hayward Ca. ~Ena

I like the service and most of the time the staffs are super nice. It’s just sometimes there are a lot of people and the wait time estimate on the app may not be the actual waiting time. Overall I’d like to come back. ~hsin-fei

No gluten free options, took salads off the menu, took yogurt parfait off menu also. What healthy options do they have for all these obese carb eaters? Good coffee. My daughter loves their iced caramel mocha. ~Julie
