Upgraded our phones online because we can’t trust this store. Received a message from T-Mobile telling us to return our phones by shipping them in or by bringing them into a retail store. When we brought the phones in all three associates advocated that we had to ship them and they could not be returned in-store. They’re willing to lie to your face in order to avoid having to do any work that isn’t tied to a sale. If we could trust them on simple little tasks like this, we’d be FAR more inclined to upgrade in store. Plenty of other honest stores near by.

Ross customer service above and beyond. she took the time when transfer all data to my new phone. She made sure I was set with all my apps with passwords before sending me on my way .best Customer service. I see why TMobile is number one. They have reps like Ross thank you.

STAY AWAY from this store! The employees are not trained properly. I went in to trade in my iPhone 11 for an iPhone 13 the day before thanksgiving. They had 3 employees inspect my phone and said it was eligible for a trade in. Long story short, my phone had a microscopic chip in the corner that apparently disqualifies me for the trade in. I’m told that I now have to pay full price for the iPhone 13 and my iPhone 11 will not be returned to me which I already paid in full. These people must be on commission and do not care what happens to the customer after the transaction is complete. They will tell you whatever you need to hear to make the sale and your stuck with the bill for their dishonesty. Extremely disappointed in T-Mobile and this store in particular.

Associate said that they had never had a client return a trade in at the store. I had to call customer service in front of the Associate to help her through the process. She still did not the phones. Go to a location that hire actual employee's that care.

This was the worst service I have ever received. Not only did we get all the way through the paperwork and then they tell us they don’t even have any phones for us to upgrade to and that it will be weeks till we can get them, they were standing around talking about absolutely nothing like we weren’t even there. And they couldn’t tell us what our monthly payment would be till be bought the phones.…needless to say I will be going to Verizon when my contract is over.

So upset with this store. Never had a good experience at this store. Tried to get his screen protector replaced with the insurance they couldn't help with that. My sons phone broke the screen went white so I called to have it replaced. They sent the new one to this store. Was in the store for a half an hour. The girl helping was having a hard time getting the ein number matching she asked her manager and she rudely shooed her away saying she was helping someone else. I wasted all that time at the store and calling customer service. Came back into the store the manager that was too busy to help looked at the phone and within 30 seconds said it has a crack you can't warranty exchange it. Why could you not to that 45 minutes ago. The crack had nothing to do with why the screen went white. Why do I have to pay for that. Doesn't make sense to me. Never been so upset with t-mobile.

By far the best experience I’ve had with a mobile provider. The manager of the store, Ona, found an error on my bill & went above and beyond to fix it for me. I’m so thankful for people & companies who want to do the right thing for their customers. Thank you!
