My husband and I came in not looking forward to all that making changes to our plan would entail. We needed to remove ourselves from family plans and create a new plan together. We worked with T and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING to work with. Her calm, patient and kind demeanor (despite us being frustrated AND having many customers to wait on at the same time as us) calmed us down and made us feel SO comfortable. She knows her stuff and was able to answer all of our questions very clearly! She took us through the process and it was flawless. She was kind to ask all the questions that would ensure we got the best deal possible. As if all this wasn’t enough, she stayed PAST closing to make sure we got everything taken care of. I haven’t received service this amazing since I don’t know when. T, we appreciate your help so much. AT&T, we hope you are showing your love and appreciation for your employees. They are making you proud!

What a complete joke! Made an appointment to talk about phones for my child. Lady who was working was beyond useless. She had no record of the appointment and made us feel like we had done something wrong. Said the only phone with parental control was an iPhone. That is not true. I took the time to come into a store to get professional, knowledgeable support. I got nothing of the sort. Cannot express enough how disappointed I am in this store.

T went above and beyond!! Such a sweet person and saved us a ton of money. Please consider T for management. She will do wonders. Stayed a few minutes after her clock-out, too!! AT&T for life, baby!

I'd give 0 if possible. Walked in on a very slow 4pm afternoon and these two wanna be "employees" were sitting at a round table instead of actually approaching us instead they ask us questions from like 20ft away from the door to the round table. And for the whole 5mins I was there I felt extremely un welcomed and like I was interrupting them. Extremely un professional. All we wanted was information on replacing a phone. Don't recommend this place

If I could give 0 I would. I have visited the AT&T store 3 times over the last week and they have not been able to help me. I had to get added to our account which required a call from the account holder and then after going back to the store our account was marked for fraud because I was added. Another call was made in which the representative assured us that the fraud flag was removed from the account. After returning to the AT&T store the account was still blocked. Take your business to a phone service provider where the company actually wants to help you and understands their own procedures so they do not waste so much of your time.

I purchased 2 screen protectors for a galaxy 22 and a 21. Both of them stopped my biometric security measures from working. I tried several times to update those measures and they still don't work. Physical screen protection is not an acceptable trade for security. Don't waste $100 like I did

I enjoyed our visit. I came away amazed and happy with the new phones, the monthly cost of our plan, the efficiency of the one who helped us, how thorough he was, how kind, patient, helpful, respectful he was. I am glad I left Sprint-TMobile and am happy to be with AT&T!

The guys there are always knowledgeable and very helpful. I went in looking for a "first phone" for my kids a little while ago and they walked me through the options they had to choose the best fit. They've got a decent selection of cases and accessories for the newer phones.

What a great smooth experience switching over to AT&T. Rob and Nate were so professional and helpful. Very knowledgeable and courteous. We were in and out of the store in lass than 35 - 45 minutes. The store was very clean and well stocked. We left very, very happy !!!! Thank you Rob and Nate
