I ordered a refrigerator online and was given the info to this Lowes location if there was any issues. My fridge arrive completely destroyed. I just moved into a new house and I have no fridge to fall back on. After telling the manager this, I was told that the only thing they can do is to refund what I paid, wait over 2 weeks for it to come in, or order a different one. Every acceptable fridge I found, they didn't have in stock. I was told to call around and ask other Lowes locations if they could do anything. So instead of unpacking and settling into my new house, I am having to scramble to find out if I'm able to get a fridge or if I have to wait another week for it to be delivered. My family and I shouldn't have to suffer because Lowes made the mistake. The least they could do was push our order ahead to be delivered.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but this Lowes had the worst service I had encountered before. The employees talked down to me and did not look at the merchandise I was returning. They said it wasn’t resellable when it was used slightly before deciding to return it. The receipt said I had a 30 day warranty but the employees did not accept that. I then travelled to another Lowes where they followed through with the warranty and they gave me great service. I like Lowes and their service typically but this experience was less than satisfactory. I just wish the employees were more kind and respectful. If you have to travel 5 more miles for better service I would suggest you do that.

I ordered 3 doors and installation on 6/20/2022. My one door finally came in on 7/20/2022. Lowes told me the install team would call my withing 48 business hours. I called on a Monday afternoon and was told by the install dept. that they have up to 7 business days to call me. All of this is after I paid for the building permit, which might not be good at this point. Also, after I paid for the permit, Lowes and the install team decided to mess that up and the county came after me for payment of the permit which was already paid for. I will never use Lowes again for installation services. The store doesn't know what the installers are doing and the installers don't know what the store is doing.

Second trip to this store in a week. They are showing noticeable improvement in inventory management. Both items I purchased were shown to be in stock on line and were on hand when I arrived. This has not been the norm last few years. They still had plastic barriers installed inhibiting communication at checkout. (Can someone direct them to latest statistics on COVID? ) I was at more risk driving walking to my truck than I am from COVID. Time to move forward Lowes.

They helped me get the stuff I needed to rebuild my deck, the trex was good quality, they loaded on a trailer . This location has some helpful and knowledgeable staff, that will treat you with respect. I like them way they over come challenges like lack of inventory, they find solutions and don’t settle for sorry we can’t help.

Honestly had been a fan and Shopper at Home Depot most of our life. Moved to Utah at the end of January and this Lowe's store is hands down way better with selection and employee help/friendliness then the Home Depot near by. Highly recommend.

Lowe’s is impressive. Got help the moment I walked in. Which is good because I need help 🙂. I like finding what I need and getting out of there before I buy the whole store. So much going on in there. If you can’t find what you need there, they haven’t invented it yet. Definite stop for more at some point.
