I had never eaten here, so hubby and I went here for dinner around 6:30 p.m. on Friday night. I ordered the turkey cranberry with Swiss croissant and a cup of three cheese cauliflower soup. Was the worst sandwich I have ever had. There was not even two bites of meat and cheese on a giant croissant. Barely any cranberry sauce and nothing else. The soup was still warm but so chunky you could not even call it soup. It was disgusting. Hubby tried to warn me that his work has ordered from there before and they weren't good but I guess I had to find out for myself. Really disappointed and won't go there again.

Waited half an hour for moldy raspberries, no side of bread with the salad, and random bits of ham in my sister’s grilled cheese (which we are allergic to). Considering how many mistakes they make it’s not worth going here.

Lobster bisque was as thick as Greek yogurt. I was excited to try and quickly disappointed when I got home. Bought a quart because I had a oral procedure and need to eat soft food for 2 days. Dumped out the quart after a few scoops because it just wasn't good. I would've brought it back but, the place seemed understaffed with frustrated employees. I stood at the register for 10 minutes before being acknowledged, so wasting more of my time didn't seem like a great idea. . . . They also tell you to email them to make it right and that email falls on def ears... No response.

We’ll to start I love Kneeders but this location is a hot mess. The first time I went there was 2 weeks ago with my husband, when we got there the girls were just chatting and laughing not paying attention to people coming in waited for 7 mins for someone to acknowledge my existence and not only did they charge me almost 11$ for lettuce, tomato & cheese on a piece of bread since I can’t eat meat but it took 20 mins or so to make the small order and it was slow, not only that but one of the female employees with long wavy hair spilled my husbands soda all over him. Terrible customer service, the least you could do was offer something to us for free since you over charged us and spilled soda all over him. Super unprofessional & highly dissatisfied with the service. Needs better management for the kids working there.

Service was great but the food was poor quality. The croissant sandwiches were dry and barely filled and our bread pudding had mold on it 💀💀💀 Usually have great food and I'm so disappointed by this last visit... Especially for the price I paid.

Nice cafe/bakery, it was my first time there and the staff was very nice and friendly with helping me decide what to get. Although he was very busy, he didn’t make me feel rushed. The sandwich I ordered (Turkey bacon avocado) was amazing!

Can I just say that their ready made gift baskets have been saving my butt when I am last minute! Always put together so nicely and with a great assortment of goodies! Thanks for still being great! 💪🏽❤️ Update - 10/16/2021 Love kneaders! Been a customer for years! The family did major yard work last night. After a long nights work, I asked them what they wanted. They wanted chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Now, my first instinct is to go to crumble cause it’s so close but when I suggested it, they screamed, “no! Too sweet!” The next places I’d go to is kneaders and go a for small drive. I didn’t mind. I ordered some dessert treats and as always, fabulousness! Reason for the 3 stars is cause 2/3 of kids enjoyed their cookie. 😂 found one half eaten while the other half of the cookie smeared all over the just steamed floor rug. 🤦🏽♀️🤨 When I cleaned it up, I realized, it wasn’t chocolate chip. It was oatmeal raisin. Not what I ordered. Still love kneaders but no one likes paying for something they didn’t order.

Kneaders. I'm not a regular. It seems like a higher class deli. The food I received was fresh and individually the ingredients did taste fine, even great. They left out one ingredient though. LOVE. My sandwich was made half-@$$ Take a look for yourself. Plenty of turkey, but where's the cranberries guys? It just shows a lack of care for the products served. The average eater may not care or notice. I'm picky. I notice these things. Go try for yourself, let us know what your thoughts are, please. The salad looks a bit better on their defense. Enjoy! ** UPDATE: Someone reached out, likely a manager, and agreed that I did not get what I paid for, and said see you next time. Ummmm NO. That's not how it's done. Customer- please come back in and we will make your sandwich correctly free of charge!!! That's how you retain customers, not by agreeing that it's subpar! Oye Kneaders, YOU the perfect opportunity to publicly say, Jeff! You spent hard earned money and we agree your sandwich was incorrect, the right amount of sauce means the turkey isn't dry. Come back and let us fix it on us!!! That's customer service, not "yeah that's not right, oh well, come spend more money here!" Ummmmmm.... try again...
